The main Kroger that I swing by because it is close my my complex. I normally never have issues in the store. I always seem to find really good deals and mark downs when I go there. Yesterday, they had a number of wines marked down in the fridge. I picked through 6 bottles that I found to purchase. As I rang them up, they did not match the sticker/markdown price instead they run up higher. The self check guy had no clue what I do. He went and got other cashier who went to go check the bottles. The other cashier came back with the manager behind she/her informing me they could not changed the prices when the labels were incorrect and multiple wine bottles not in the right spot. I was not honored. I advise the manager to fix the sale prices on the wine in the fridge, or they will continue to run into the same problem. I ended up leaving with one bottle that actually was labeled correctly. I wasn’t pleased.

Ive been coming to this store for over 30 years now combined. Employees are great never had a problem with the staff. But im seriously going to start shopping somewhere else. For the past 2 years i cant go in or out of krogers without people in front of the store asking for money. Sometimes following you to your car. Im tired of this and will drive 5 miles further to go shopping because of this. It is very annoying, ive also brought it up with management and it stopped for about 2 or 3 days.Today a guy just about followed me to my car i told him back off.this couldve ended up bad. These people are getting more and more bolder; what is it going to take before someone gets hurt in the parking lot just trying to buy their groceries?????

Plain laziness... What else? Cashier named Joshua didn't want to bag my items.. he said i had to bag your own cause he was told he could.. I don't understand why not? if I wanted to bag my own I would of gone self checkout . I purchased 9 items.. Just imagine in I had a full cart.. not going back for sure..

It is surprising to me that this store is still in business. I use it because it is the closest store to me. From now on I will drive a longer distance to a store because I am done with this store. At least 50% of the time when you come in there are no carts, so you best just grab one one the way in so you won't have to walk back out to the parking lot to find one. I never complained about prices I don't care much about that, service I do and because of that I will go else where. I have been there more that once and got to the checkout to find that only self checkout was open. I was told that I would have to use that. I said do I just leave my cart here then because I am out of here, I don't do self checkouts and I'm too old to learn. I started walking out and one of the employee's said they would help. Point is, Kroger should not force you to use a self checkout and that has happened to me several times. Lately when you get to the checkout there will be one or maybe two lanes open at the far end with long lines and then the self checkout at the other end with longer lines and employees watching those people checking their self out. If management is not changed and service improved I will be amazed if this store is still in business a year from now. If they had some close competition they would already be closed. My last visit there did it for me. Finally got up to the checkout, only for the person to answer their cell phone and carry on a conversation while stood there and waited for them to finish so I could get checked out. I'm done, I know you don't care about your customers but before long you will not have any customers to care about. I am gone, was a long time customer,...

This Kroger is the only major chain grocery store in the area, so therefore it is always the busiest. Located between Arlington and Grand Prairie, it receives visitors from both sides of the county lines. However, this understaffed store can't physically accommodate the high-traffic traffic volume very well: it is literally hard to get in/out of the store at times due to the very narrow and small front doorway. Whether arriving or leaving, one often has to wait in a line to let people get in so that you can get out and vice versa... Additionally, if you ever purchase bleach here be sure to carefully check the cap before removing it from the store shelf, because one time while at checkout, the bleach literally flew up into my face as I tried to place it on the belt--the cap was cracked and someone had punched a hole through the seal! Sometimes I have experienced okay service, and other times not so okay... The restrooms are old and dingy, sometimes they're clean and other times they're not. When I can't avoid shopping here, I will try to go on a weekday between 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., because that is literally the only time of day that it is not experiencing high traffic volume (unless you can shop very early in the a.m.) If you want to come after 3, forget it all the kids get off school and the lines get very long from 3 p.m. all the way...

Worst Kroger location I have been to in the state of Texas. And possibly the worst terrible grocery store I have ever had to shop in. 👎 I almost never, ever complain about anything or leave a bad review. But someone in Coorperate, HR upper management needs to do something about this location. I have unfortunately been shopping at this location a few years now, only out of convenience. I always encounter very rude employees or employees staff that are dang near, sexually harassing me forcing conversations, not just appropriate basic, hello, good morning professional customer service greeting. I have permanently decided to stop shopping at this location also because of the outside companies they have in this particular Kroger that work off commission, trying to forcefully sell you crap or forcefully try to make you sign up for things your not interested in. I don’t know who is the HR or manager over this location Arlington Texas Arkansas Lane location, but whom ever it is, is doing a horrible job! This location is a dumpster and the hiring manager needs to be terminated, replaced with someone competent and genuinely caring attentive, passionate about customer service and the representation of their store. I hate this location! And I pray to never have to shop in there...
