China One — Restaurant in Arlington

I’ve noticed a lot of comments on lack of communication on delivery order phone person. They were very polite and respectful but I had to make sure that I asked all the questions like what is the total? I had to ask you to repeat the address to make sure it was the right one that he Jott it down. I had to ask to repeat the phone number. And I had to asked to repeat the order.So the customer service is amazing but there is just a lack of communication in the sense that he does not give you your address to make sure it’s the right one or do that with the phone number also... or order... And didn’t give a ETA time at all... He just seem to want to rush me off the phone I’m guessing so he could make the order?.... which if that is the case then I am not as mad With the lack of communication. But usually you will get a time told to you at the end of an order but he just seemed to be like a distant relative and say bye and end the conversation Like a normal person would talking to you on the phone. But the food should be here in just a little bit and we will give a review on the size, taste ,and everything for sure! If there was a little more communication I would have given it five stars...

This restaurant has been here forever and we decided to give it a shot. The interior is worn down and the signs are faded. As we waited for our order, we saw more and more people order and cash out. And I saw why. Their prices are reasonable and they PACK the shit out of your container. If your container is saucy, they will plastic wrap it to ensure that you will have no spill in your car. Every order comes with 2 complimentary egg rolls and they always supply silverwear too. Your order comes HOT too as if it's just made. Every saucy item is SAUCY. Who said there's such a thing as too much sauce? Every item we've had from there so far has been good. On par with take out style food--but good and quantity is enough to be worth the money. This place is take out only. There is a waiting area with chairs but it is not enough to sit...

This use to be our go to for Chinese food, But Today order takeout delivery, shrimp eggs Foo young, egg rolls, shrimp fried rice, beef and broccoli and wonton soup. The egg foo young and egg rolls were burnt !!! The soup was OK, the crispy wonton was a sm bag of crumbs, the beef and broccoli was OK. I called China one and told them what happened and WHO put this order together? And if they could see what they just put in the boxes? I asked if there was a email or text that I could send photos of this mess, I text the photos to number given and was told that they would remake order and deliver, I said No, no thank you then was told "Sorry I will put in the computer next time you order we would be given free egg rolls and egg foo young" I replied No thank you, We won't be ordering from you again.
