Subway — Restaurant in Arlington

My husband and I went to this location last night. There were two African American girls working. The one with dreads greeted us with "how many sandwiches are there" which we replied with 2. The employee went on to let us know what type of bread she DID NOT have which i really didnt care on that because the bread that i wanted was available. My husband got a foot-long and i got a 6 inch. She cut his bread very bad and ugly. I ordered a steak sandwich, she put all my meat on the bottom which eventually resulted in the vegetables being all over the place. I worked for subway for 5 years and very familiar with the process. I wont be going back the greeting was terrible and they just put the sandwich together. I spent about $15.00 here. I will just continue to go to the one by my job on Trinity blvd. The service there is...

Its sad that the employees ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES are extremely slow they have 2-4 employers and one persons is attending the costumers but I swear I been here 5 times already so many different employers have worked slooooow and they can’t ever stay prepare every time I’ve been they run out of lettuce mayo tuna etc, so DO NOT STOP By if your in a hurry because you’ll be there longer than you think. It’s aggravating to see 2-4 employers and they are either on their phone taking breaks or working on things in which could wait till after they take care of all the costumers. All the positive comments I believe are made by the employees mangers themselves I lived near and it’s the closest subway to my house I would like to see a change as a subway costumer who goes out her way to find better service. I did online order Sunday 1/28/24. Is the store refused to give me my online order. He told my wife he does not do online orders , but he had the receipt in his hand. So why did you store pull up online for leads to order from? He refused to give me my money back. Told me I need to cancel the order. I got no phone call back no email nothing from subway corporate.
