I placed an order at 1115 am for a team meeting at work and delivery was 25-35 mins and was paying cash … received call from Jimmy at 1140 stating that cash could not be accepted due to lack of delivery drivers and the would have doordash deliver instead at which this time I was told that my order was ready. I asked how long as we were depending on the pizza as lunch during a meeting at 12 and I was told 25-30 mins ( more). At 1206 I get a message saying my order was out for delivery. I called jimmy back to find out where our our was at at which he then told me that it had already left the store and there was nothing else he could do. We received the order at 1224, an hour and 15 mins after the initial order. Leaving my team with 6 mins to eat the cold dried out pizza. I called asked jimmy to speak to someone with authority in this store he said he was the one and that he was pretty high up therein the chain of command I expressed my disappointment and again said oh well there is nothing I can do. I asked to speak to someone above him and he refused saying he was the highest I was going get. I told him I knew he was not the owner of Pizza Hut and probably not the owner of that franchise he told me that again I would not get any further than him. Very poor customer service from the get go… not sure how they keep someone with that type of skill around. This place is totally disgraceful and I strongly believe that his attitude from the beginning was horrible and have no clue how he made it to management. Read moreOrdered a double order of cinnamon sticks with my delivery order. Received garlic sticks instead. Called the manager and she advised I pick up the sticks because it could take a while for a delivery. She said she was having the sticks go into the oven at that time. Drove to Pizza Hut where the lobby was full of people picking up orders. The manager in charge with red and white braids in her hair was rude to all of her employees and also told them to turn off the Mexican music because it bothered her. She was extremely unprofessional and rude to customers as well. A couple employees seemed afraid of her. The warmer that stored the pizzas was in disarray and they couldn't get anyone's orders correct. After 30 minutes of waiting she finally had my sticks ordered to go in the oven. One of the employees had gotten off work there at 4pm and came in with her husband to order pizza, saw the chaos and stepped in to help out while her husband sat in the car. She apologized to all of us in the lobby waiting. She was still there when I left. The people I spoke with had been waiting an hour. I finally received my sticks in just over an hour. Some customers were commenting on their situation and that no one in the kitchen was wearing gloves while handling food. We watched employees touch dirty objects, their hair and their noses and continued to handle food. I wouldn't be surprised if the health department gets a call. Read moreHonestly I only gave a 1 because it won't let you give anything lower. This was the worst experience I have had ordering pizza. We ordered at 6:45pm and although it was rainy outside the online ordering said the store had a wait time of 1 1/2 hrs. Understandable. After waiting 2 hours we tried to call and cancel our order only for the store to not answer the phone. The order finally showed up and the wings we ordered was cold and seemed to be half cooked. The pizza tasted just how it looked which was cardboard. I later found out it was because all they had left was thin crust. The complimentary breadsticks looked like they had been sitting on the counter for the last hour. My wings had to be heated in the microwave because they were not fully cooked. After calling 4 times to speak with a manager, gettting placed on hold and then hung up on 4 times. I got out in the rain, something I was trying to avoid, and drove to the location. The first manager I spoke to was rude and unhelpful. Stated that they did not do refund, it's the policy. She told me I could take the survey on the back of my receipt and that would give me a chance to speak with someone, which was a lie. I then waited in the lobby for her to come back over to give me the pitty $25 credit she had offered. A different manager, Marie, came over to assist me.
