Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Grand Prairie

Ordered sausage breakfast burrito!! This is a 9" flour tortilla (170cal). Two medium eggs(120 cal). 1 ounce sausage 90cal. 1 ounce cheese 110cal.

This is exactly what the photo looks like and matches the calorie count. The first waiter was polite and it was very hot I opened it and Joyce's it was very small literally with a burnt FRIED egg. I pointed that out and kindly reminded him not only do I not want burnt food I want what I ordered and he would have a repeat customer.

Then another guy approached with an attitude with an even smaller amount of food and lies and day they use quarterpound eggs! I told him it is supposed to be 2 eggs and 2 large eggs are a quarter pound not 1. He ask if I want Corporates number. I tell him yes.

Then the cook comes out and proudly gets fresh and flat out told me the photo is not what they cook here. They weight it out it is just 1 eggs they do not scramble etc. And rudely walked off.

Here is what I got. 1 medium egg poorly cooked(60 cal). 15 grams of sausage (50 cal). 0.5 ounce cheese(maybe less) 55cal. Tortilla 170cal.. ~335 calories literally half an oversized tortilla!! He measures it out alright. He gave me no more than a half serving of every with prejudice.

Giving a 2 star because the first waiter is a gentleman and for no other reason.

I go here because it's the only fast food place on my side of the road on the way to work, so I guess it's my own fault for continually going here instead of just slightly out of my way for something better. Literally every time I go there (And I go almost every day) there is something wrong with my order. Sweet Tea easy ice is given to me as either: Unsweet, Peach, or Green (With regular ice) and a couple times they put cherry flavoring in it. (Hell, one time I told them I got unsweet, and they told me it was because they were out of sweet, they'll make more.) And one time the tea tasted like it hadn't been changed out all day. Hot Dog extra onion comes out no onion (With the charge for the onion). Ask for a fork? No fork. Ask for a fork? Salt packet! Cookie Dough Concrete comes out completely melted or as a blizzard. Had an order worth $9.40, paid with a $20. Gave the dude a dollar tip, only to realize there was only $8 in my hand instead of the $9 I should have had. Manager was called for specifically on that one. I even put in a long complaint on the Sonic Website, which I was contacted by corporate for, and they asked if there was anything they could do to correct things for me... How about getting my orders right the first time? Next day... got my sweet tea as usual... It...

Very partial to Sonic having worked there 5 years through high school/some college and I know how good the did can be but this local doesn't remind me of that as I've been multiple times I learned I can count on all good being look warm and that's on receiving it not taking it home. You can do better and tell corporate to bring back the bacon cheddar burger on toast! They've gotten worse. Utterly terrible. I say in my car over 30 minutes waiting on 2 meals. While half the staff would come out meet with friends and family. Hugging babies and more. I almost thought someone was campaigning. After 35 min I order the button again to tell them I remember a refund sense I paid with card. Then person she'd me what I had to which I replied, you only have one stain with this number. Ten more minutes went but. I ordered the button again and they said rudely. Hold on we coming. A lady comes out with the order. I told her I she'd for a refund and nothing more. They then me a slip to and say refund will take 7 to 10 I should take the food! No one tried to make amends apologise for the wait nothing. This place...
