Donut Palace — Restaurant in Arlington

Need itemized receipts if you think people are trying to pull a fast one. I went there this morning to get items because this is my go to donut place. (The donuts are delicious mind you so the one star is not for that.) the sweet lady did not give me my three sausage rolls that I ordered. I left dropped my daughter off at school came back to let her know that she did not give me my sausage rolls. She proceeds to tell me I believe that she did not charge me for sausage rolls. I showed her the total taken from my debit card and the items i got didn’t not match up with the total. But for some reason, the message still was not crossing over. After a few back-and-forth and language barrier issues she opened up the drawer and gave me $4.70 in cash. I told her I was not trying to get cash back I wanted the sausage rolls that I was charged for. Then I proceed to just get more sausage rolls and she told me that I can’t. Made me feel like crap. I truly didn’t deserve that on this morning. Yes I understand Language barriers can prove to be issues in communications, but math and deductive reasoning is the same in all languages. Stopped in to purchase donuts for my kids at the school before their competition to feed them. Order was about $50 bucks. Handed cashier $100 bill, she said she didn’t have change.
