Disappointed when ordering the New “ Pico De Gallo” Burger as a single meat versus a double. How hard could that be? I had just visited Chandler, Texas location a few days ago where they happily offered me the Pico De Gallo burger in a single patty version and without a problem rang it up as a single patty burger ( I have no clue which one). Anyway, The cashier was great, but the woman wearing a uniform Vest unprofessionally interjected into the conversation I was having with the cashier at the window. * over my burger. It seems the cashier wasn’t sure how to ring my burger up so when I got to the window the vest wearing woman said: “ It comes with two patties” in which I said; I had just visited a location where they accommodated my preferences and more so rang it up as a single burger. Ms.Vest responded “ Oh, after making a lot of modifications”?!?! What? On the register or in the kitchen? Anyway she followed that by” we can make it a single version, but would still charge me the price of the Pico Burger as it comes”. I told her No, In that case just make it the way it comes. We got home to find the Pico Burger had been made as a single patty and the charge was in fact as they come.
We won’t be back to this location.
It’s really sad a small town like Chandler, Texas can provide Excellent Customer Service all the while they don’t have to compete with other fast food joints. But you come to Arlington, Texas where I could’ve gone anywhere to eat, but chose this WhatABurger, and received, the most Unprofessional, Lowest Grade Customer Service, and from a Supervisor!
Did I mention it was the sloppiest made burger as if thrown together with a bad attitude? I feel sorry for those that work under her as I saw in a few minutes her Examples of Customer Service, I can only imagine how she treats those that work under her.
Way to go Whataburger in...
Read moreIf I could legit give this place no stars I would! Every single time I come to this place there is ALWAYS an issue with my order. They forgot to give me my chicken strips the last time I went, this was after waiting at the drive thru for 15 minutes (I kid you not!) And when I called the manager told me she apologized and that I could go back and get them if I wanted or she could save them for another day. I didn't have time to go back in after that mess because I was already running late. That was about 4 months ago. I thought they might have been having a rough night and about a month later I went in again on my 30 minute lunch break and it took (again) 15 minutes to receive my food, the lobby was extremely messy (even though it wasn't busy) and the person who tended me at the register seemed rushed to take my order. Why I gave this place another chance after that is literally beyond me, but I did... And they forgot my damn fries tonight... Seriously IM NOT PAY FOR YOU TO HALF ASS MY FOOD. IM PAYING YOU FOR MY MEAL! I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY AND WHEN I DO DECIDE TO SPEND IT SOMEWHERE I WOULD LIKE TO GET WHAT I AM PAYING FOR!!! Never ever NOT EVER wil I go here again no matter how close it is to me. I'd rather drive a few extra miles to a different location where I actually get what I pay for! So basically if you just have extra money you need to get rid of and want nothing in return please feel free to come here and give them your money. As for me Ill...
Read moreIf your food tastes lead you to prefer BBQ sauce, A1 steak sauce, or jalapenos in everything, then you would be in the right place... I, however, am not personally excited about the menu choices at Whataburger, so I tend to stick with the straight and narrow. Cheeseburgers, fries, and breakfast taquitos are pretty much all I eat there. The food I order there is fresh and pretty good, but it just tastes very plain to me. There is just nothing there to entice me to come in all the time. Allow me to be more specific abouy the food: the breakfast taquitos are okay, (and nice and cheesy) but lack any real flavor to them that would make it a good value for the price that you have to pay for it (it costs almost $3 after tax per taquito, when Taco Cabana has some better breakfast taquitos for only $1). Perhaps they could add some garlic flavor in the eggs, maybe that would make the difference. Also, I couldn't help but notice that there are no electrical sockets inside the dining room area, which is very inconvenient for me. Sometimes you just need to charge your phone while taking in a quick meal, but you can't do that there! Now for the PROS: Whataburger positively maintains its traditional freshness standards, so your food is always fresh when you order, never reheated. Always friendly staff, too. Plus, Whataburger does in fact offer a Loyalty Rewards program for its regular customers if you download the app, after every fifth visit you get a freebie,...
