It's sad to see such an establishment such as the Waffle House deteriorate. I walk in at 7am sit at the bar and looking around it seemed as if they had just opened, and didn't clean the night before. Then I remembered that it's a 24hr operation, yikes! Now I get it most waffle houses aren't at a spot shine level and it's ok, but this was a bit excessive. A guy walked in a few minutes after me, as he sat at a table and tried to shift around he got stuck! Stuck! From how unclean the tabels were. Anyway, I ask for a coffee and a 3egg omelette fiesta style. Yumm right? Wrong! This thing was horrible, black from the dirty grease and was more like scrambled eggs on top of uncooked and thickly cut goodies that go inside. Oh and they put all that on top of a block of cheese. You know the yellow ones In the peal off bags. Ok so I also ordered hash browns with mushrooms and gravy, I got the hash browns no mushrooms or gravy but that wasn't until after i got my omelette and moved seats, because there was some guy washing dishes and spraying my self and my coffee with water and detergent. Not complain about my gravy my server remembered that I have ordered some, (grabbed my plate) that I was already eating on and poured cold gravy on it, brought it back and said here ya go honey. By this time I had finished my cold cup of coffee, which I never got refilled, but they sure brought that tab with urgency. What a nightmare of a place to eat. This place is in desperate need of new management,

Read moreI came with a party of 7, we ate , had a horrible server and horrible manager. The manager who I assume the name was Jennifer (not sure) was a black African American who did not cooperate what so ever. Their credit card service was down and the majority of us had credit cards. The manager asked us if we could ALL walk to an atm and get cash out. I was bothered because they charge a fee at a atm if it isn’t from your bank and I didn’t think it was okay to pay a fee for their inconvenience. The manager quickly said it’s because we didn’t want to “pay” which was not the case at all. We felt like she could’ve cooperated with us or even give a small discount for making us walk and having to pay a charge fee. Also, stores should always have a backup method just like every other dine in or fast food place.The manager then started telling OTHER customers and her employees that we just didn’t wanna pay. I went up to her and told her the situation and from a customers point of view. She didn’t listen, told us to just leave and get out of her store.She said “I don’t have time for this, just leave and don’t come back” ,demanded us to give her the ticket recipes. As a manager it is the most poorest customer service I had ever seen.She didn’t apologize, and kicked us out her store.To add, the server who served us also gave us dirty looks and didn’t make us feel welcomed at all.I definitely will not return to this store. Read moreWent after work Friday night. Just seen the waffle sandwich on tik tok, thought I pick 1 up for the wife. Got in the young lady who was taking my order was nice, polite and helpful. Told her what I wanted she laughed bcuz I wasn't the first to ask for something that wasn't on the menu. Now the problem was the cook! He cried about I'm not making that, it not on the menu!! The young pointed out to me and another customer that it pretty much an Allstars with an extra waffle!! Kool!! I order it with bacon and some extra things in my eggs bcuz the wife doesn't eat meat but bacon 🤷🏽♂️. I get home and there's no bacon, nothing in the eggs, bcuz he wasn't going to make it a sandwich she said and I would make it myself when I get home. I was Kool with that. But he didn't give me any mushrooms, onion or tomato which I paid for, but driving back 15 mile after midnight just didn't work. And to top it off my sandwich which I didn't order was burnt and dry.
