Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Arlington

I came in here on 6/25/25 tonight at 1035pm. I asked for a chicken borrito bowl. Not much other than rice beans chicken kettuce and guacamole. The served didn't even give a full spoon scoop. I am disappointed as this is my neighborhood chipotle. I dont know what's going on. I told them I wanted a full scoop not a half scoop for $2.95. The cashier who I've seen many times of course agreed with for her server even though she did even see the scoop given to me. She showed me the cup of guacamole if I were to get it on the side and stated it was the same. I told her there is no way the half scoop the server gave me would have even been half that cup size.. they seem to have eachothers back which I guess is good if you work there. However for paying customers who are the reason for business and their salaries, i would have expected more. I i am disappointed in this location due to employee biased. I dont want to pay for something that I'm being cheated out of. It was the end of the night and a full tray if guacamole..i guess they are saving it for the workers and their families at night. Which is nt fair to paying customers. . I've been going here for over 5 years. I was shocked. I dont know what going on but u will find another location if this is now...

This chipotle at night/evening time is the worst. The staff at nighttime is extremely stingy with tiny portions and rude attitude. They will charge extra for everything. I asked for a bit of sour cream on the side and they rudely yelled EXTRA! I was afraid to ask anything else. Go at lunch time, the staff and manager are much nicer and would accommodate you. If you are getting 2 bowls or more, please just spare the sour cream on the side, I highly doubt it’s that serious. The ballston chipotle staff is much nicer and have accommodated requests for things on the side with a smile. The Rosslyn staff also never smiles or greet you! I would just avoid going at night or go if you are in the mood to be abused/ignored/or in need of tiny portions...

Chipotle food is great. Since it's the same everywhere, this rating is for the service. This is the slowest Chipotle I've ever been at; employees are slow, don't seem to care, kind of unfriendly and rude, and often give small portions compared to the other Chipotles I've been at across the country. There can be 8 people in line and it will still take forever. I was there a couple of times at about 11:30 to avoid lunch rush. Was still incredibly slow; and one time didn't even have the corn salsa (simply said it wasn't "out yet," and that was it, customers just weren't going to get it I guess until they got around to it - must take 45 minutes to bring out a little container... who knows). Hopefully, corporate will get...
