I was here 7/26/24 @ 8:53 pm. I came to pick up 2 separate orders of pulled pork sandwiches that were ordered at 8:21 pm and 8:23 pm. When I arrived I asked about jalapenos and they said if you don't see them listed, put it in the comments and they will add them to the bag. Otherwise, anything that you check while ordering will be placed in the bag. I realize that this is not entirely true. I have 2 separate receipts for both orders indicating pickles and onions were to be added to both. Yet when I arrived home I did not have either, no pickles and no onions in either bags for either sandwich. I couldn't reconcile the order this night because the location closed at 9 pm, a mere 7 minutes after I got my food and I live about 20 minutes away. By the time I saw the order was incomplete they had been closed about 20 minutes. Do you know how disheartening this is? I asked about condiments and was explicitly told they would be in my bags yet, neither of my bags had any condiments except for the bbq sauce. One allegedly had the sweet sauce and the other allegedly had the Carolina sauce. Tasting both, I can't tell the difference between them. They taste like the same sauce. After seeing that they had 4 receipts stating the need to add pickles and onions this location still could not get the order right. I don't understand the difficulty here. If you can read you should be able to add everything to the order that is supposed to be there. That's the whole point in having it on the receipt isn't it? This location is about as bad as the Ball park way location in North Arlington. I specifically came to this one to get better service and I got equally as bad. Does Dickies just have no pride in their service anymore? These Arlington TX locations are terrible. All I can say is don't forget the golden rule of pick-up orders like I did... ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE. THEY WILL SCREW IT UP 9 TIMES OUT OF 10. That applies to all restaurants. ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER. I was so irritated by this that these sandwiches went straight to the fridge and we prepared something else to eat. You know it's bad when neither of us want to touch the food we went out of our way to get. Dickeys management, you all need to get on top of things. Retrain your employees or replace them. When putting an order together, remind them to add everything that is on the receipt to the bag before stapling it shut. That should be a shining example of why the bags should not be stapled shut. If they are open then customers can check the order instead of putting blind faith into employees that have little regard or pride in their work. I've enclosed a photo of the receipts(plural x4) with the pickles and onions circled. Yet two receipts on each bag stating this and whoever put the orders together still managed to not include them. That's just sad.

I normally love to go eat here with my family on Sundays, but today we made our last trip. The staff was rude from the time we came, the meat was VERY UNDERCOOKED and I could not eat or enjoy my food. Even the chicken nuggets for the kids were so undercooked that they refused to eat them and chicken nuggets are their favorite. The only person in my family who ate their food has been in the bathroom sick since leaving. We’d never had an experience like this before but definitely won’t be returning.

Wow. How rude is the girl behind the counter. I prepaid my order. She could not find my order. She was rude, so unprofessional. I am understanding when there is a staff shortage. I understand workers are strained and busy getting orders out. But I do not understand unprofessional manners. She asked for my name 3 times. I gave her the order #. Then accused me of having the wrong place. Then a minute later gave me my order. Terrible service. And restaurant dirty. Dirty floors.

Went here for dinner last night... will not be going back. Food was fine - it was everything else that is extremely disappointing. We got our food and came to the end of the serving area and asked ourselves, "Where do we pay?"... we stood there looking around with no register or staff assistance in sight. So we thought, maybe we pay at the table to a server? (We haven't been to a Dickies in a couple years, so we didn't know if things had changed). We go to sit ourselves and a little bit later, a staff member comes up to our table and asks if we have paid yet. We said no, no one was available to help. He said sorry and went on to type in what food we had on the table into his tablet. We had to repeat a couple times what we got and I still don't think he got it right. We were charged $25 and some change for 1 sandwich plate (sandwich, 1 side, and a drink) plus one brisket sandwich... seemed quite steep and we weren't even offered or given and receipt. Additionally, the dinner rolls were not replenished and the women's bathroom has water/potentially sewage leaking all around the toilet and is not only a health hazard but a slipping hazard as well. I don't know who is managing this place but service and building upkeep are severely lacking. There's also a fan in the front entrance that continuously makes a loud noise that is disruptive to the...

If I could give this store 0 stars I would give them 0 stars. Don’t order from here!!! I placed an order with them on a Tuesday for a thanksgiving meal. I spent $300 for it to be delivered the very next day at 7:30pm, the day before Thanksgiving. I NEVER got my order nor did anyone communicate with me about an issue but when I checked online it said my order was out for delivery. I called Friday and spoke with the manager Steve and he said I would have to call their district manager for a refund. He also said they don’t deliver turkeys which doesn’t make sense because it was an option. If you don’t deliver them then it shouldn’t be an option. I called his District manager Sheila and she didn’t respond. Steve said if she doesn’t answer then to text her. I texted her 3 different times requesting a refund which also included pictures as proof of my order. No response! So I texted the following day saying that I’m following up as I did not get a response and she finally responded saying that offices are closed for the week and someone will reach out Monday which is today. Haven’t heard a peep from them. They’ve been giving me the runaround with no refund about a $300 order that was unfulfilled. DONT ORDER FROM HERE!! Dickeys and their management...
