Ordered two slushees. Waited 40 mins. When we asked about it, it turns out the slushees have been sitting there and nobody decided to bring it out. They brought it out, but by then the slushees were melted and watered down. We asked for new ones, we got it. When we tried our slushees, they were still watered down and melted. The consistency was the same as water, not a slushee. Asked for the manager, he came out with a rude and with an attitude and said āthe machine is working overtimeā. When we said that they should inform costumers of the slushee machine isnāt working he said āitās working, itās just working overtimeā. Contradicting statement, cause if itās working what does āworking overtimeā even mean. If your answer to why a slushee is water consistency is āitās working overtimeā then that says that itās not working. You canāt say āitās workingā, when itās not. And then the manager is absolutely unprofessional and incompetent as a leader. How did he let drinks sit there for 40 mins. 20 of those minutes we were only one of three cars on the lot. Youāre telling me he never went āhey what are these drinks doing here?ā Or āhey that car has been here for a while, what was their order?ā. His appearance was unkempt and dirty, definitely not one you want as a manager. Not to mention his attitude coming out to the car. He was rude right off the bat, and after going back and forth we just got a refund and he took the drinks back š¤·āāļø. They were watered down anyway. Donāt ever come to the south cooper location, they are always slow and unprofessional as many of these other reviews have stated. This location needs completely new staff or to be closed down. At least some upper managerial intervention. This is not the type of person you need working...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe manager is very unprofessional. I believe his name may be Brad, but it may not have been. He told me there is no corporate or district manager to report him. He was rude and very sassy only because I asked a question in regards to why they have to take the food back from after they give it to and you have it in the car. They said if you pay with cash they have to take it back from the car and take it back inside for whatever reason. Maybe to get change, Iām not sure. In fact they took it back in twice, again after making them aware that the order was missing something. Instead they asked for everything back instead of just bringing the missing item. At this point with all the back and worth the food isnāt fresh or sanitary. I was willing to pay with a card but I only paid with cash so I could make sure I give the carhop a cash tip. The manager spoke to me rudely and asked for the food back. He was mad because I recorded him being rude and he told me I couldnāt come back again. I definitely contacted corporate even though he said thereās no corporate. I patronize this location to often to be treated rude. I have businesses in Arlington and would never treat my clients/ customers this way. Hopefully something...

When ordered, after 20-25 minutes we still had not received our order and had already paid. We saw multiple people pull in & receive order during the time we were there. Frustrated, I pushed the call button and it was just canceled, wife got out twice to catch the server to inquire. We requested our money, after another 10ā wait, assuming it was the mgr, met her half way & could only say they didnt see order & had just received the order. No apology, explanation or effort to get our food, she refunded our card & handed over the receipt.
Afterward, reviewing reviewsā¦.I see why we had the experience we did, this apparently has been occurring for awhile & hasnāt been fixed. Poor customer service, rude staff & no accountability.
In closing, donāt bother with the standard response stating I can escalate if wantā¦.that appears to be a common response on your reviews & is evident no front line management/correction is/has occurred.
Good luck & Iāll just choose to never returnā¦..unfortunate & a needless loss of a frequent customer!...
