Definitely the worst experience I’ve had with a Fuzzy’s. If I could give - stars I would. I was Excited we finally have one close to home to only be disappointed. Atmosphere was horrible from broken Ice machine to no clean tables when there was only tables being occupied in the dinning area, no clean utensils, had to ask for some, hot sauce bottles were all empty had to go to another empty table and check if that one was full. Paper roll in table was all dirty and splattered not been changed or looked at. Food was served and the Chicken Nachos are my all time fave, these were the worst. I Kindly asked the gentleman that looked like the manager if this was the way they were suppose to be, he apologized and made a new plate. Only worse the shredded chicken had a weird taste to it not including that it was cold as if they just got it from the fridge and placed on my plate. Food had the fridge taste to it. Being pregnant this made me double think if this was safe to eat or not. Baby girls chicken sticks were great but the rice was old and hard she wasn’t able to eat. Husband had his shrimp quesadilla and the shrimp was as cold as my chicken. Very disappointing. Won’t be coming again to this location. Customers and staff at the bar very loud cursing and making inappropriate comments not being considerate there were kids in the dining room. As well as my own meal missing a main ingredient.. the staff is “friendly” but definitely not satisfied coming to this location and plan to never return. The manager was informed but never addressed the matter. Another plate of shredded chicken nachos were brought out and once again cold a then Luke warm chicken in other spots.. When more than half of my order is INCORRECT and no refund is offered as a resolution… no point in coming back to a place with this type of management. Had to leave before I made a scene as it’s APPALLING to be informed that due to them being short staffed and a rush of 2 parties with roughly 3 people in each (including my order) was the reasoning for my poor food. Horrible service. Made an order online through the Fuzzy’s website. When I went to pick it up I guess the swapped my order with someone else’s. My fault for not checking right then and there but when I got home, I didn’t get what I ordered and unfortunately the replacement had beans (I’m allergic. Confirmed by an allergist. It sucks).
So I called and requested a refund (maybe 10 minutes after I picked the order up) which was granted as they also noticed the mistake (not that they ever reached out to me first). Now over 10 business days later, still no refund. So I call back and leave my number with a worker who states the GM will call me in 20 minutes. It’s been two hours.
