This was the WORST drive thru experience I have EVER HAD! I had picked my mom up from work and I took her to Jack In The Box because she was hungry and it was the only option available (it was 4:30am-4:45am). We got to the window and my mom wanted to add JUST ONE EGGROLL to her order; as I began to ask the attendant if I could add JUST ONE EGGROLL, she cut me off in mid-sentence with a hateful, cold, and terse, "I don't add to orders at the window."
When my politely mom asked her why, the attendant condescendingly replied, "Because I just don't." My mom went on to ask her (very nicely) if she could make an exception at which point the attendant turned and walked away from the window. My mom took her phone camera to try and get a picture of the customer service number posted and another worker came to the window and started telling us that we couldn't record the inside of the restaurant. When we tried to explain that we were attempting to snap a pic of the customer service number, she very rudely proceeded to say, "No, you were recording inside and you can't do that!"
At that point I snapped back that we were simply trying to get the number to report the terrible service and how we were treated so rudely. She then said if we didn't leave she was calling the police! If I was responsible for that kind of despicable service, I wouldn't want it on video either. But, there was no sign prohibiting recording and the fact that she threatened to call the police and refused to give us her co-worker's name who originally served us made it clear that there is some serious problems with this establishment. The phone number listed doesn't even work! The food was OK, but not great and the inside looked filthy. Since the manager or owner is not available (and I didn't get a clear picture of the customer service number) my next call is to the City of Arlington Health Department and Consumer Protection Department. It took a while to draft this review, and I do not usually give bad reviews... But this time, I felt an exception needed to be made to let people know to steer clear of this Jack...

Went to this location on July 19, 2022 and long story short, the lady who was at the fryer cooking the fries, tacos and whatnot was eating and drinking right at the fryer. Not only was she enjoying her meal she also did not wash her hands while preparing orders. Although she did have gloves on, they were the same gloves she was eating her meal with. She kept her food and drink sitting on the side of the fryer, next to the food she was preparing for customers. It made me believe that this was a normal thing because I was at the front counter looking right at her and she just continued to do her thing with no care in the world. I was the only customer on the inside but the drive thru had orders coming in. I asked the manager for a refund (in which she shorted me $1 and had an attitude when I corrected, and yes it was only $1 but it was my $1) and told her what was going on, she just looked back at the lady at the fryer and said she was going to have a talk with her and then continued to work the drive thru with a nasty attitude; while her staff was still at the fryer enjoying her meal and preparing customers food. I doubt if the talk ever happened because it just seemed too damn normal to them as if that's the thing to do. VERY UNSANITARY, VERY NASTY, DISGUISTING, ALL THAT!!! Read moreThis store just became franchised and lost a twenty year customer. First thing they did was raise the price on their food. 1.99 jumbo jack now shows 3.29 on the meal price, sandwich only. But on the two menu boards for jumbo jack alone, one shows 2.19$ and the other shows 2.49$. When i asked the employee * and i use that word lightly) why the difference in prices, she said because were now franchised. I asked her again and she said you can talk to my manager. All of a sudden another voice is on the speaker just saying i cant hear you repeatedly and says ill talk to you at the window. Then she says or, you can come inside. I replied, if i wanted to come inside i wouldnt be in the drive thru. Her next comment was, youre not going to talk to me light that, you can leave my drive thru. (Lmao) . Yep, i sure can, and with that i left and told her good luck. My guess is that location will be gone within 12 months or resold. Customer service in this country has gone to the curb. Buisnesses think theyre doing us a favor. This particular jack in the box at copper and division in arlington texas is the worst in arlington and ..now. apparently. The new manager , seems bent on taking it down farther. Best of luck jack in the box. Plenty of places to eat...
