Three weeks ago I had a sandwich at Jersey Mike's that changed my life, and I've thought about it every day since. I didn't have a particular order in mind, and Mason, one of the sandwich artists behind the counter, keenly noticed my indecision. He quietly suggested the philly cheesesteak sub. He seemed a trustworthy fellow, so I ordered a full size sandwich. He then let me in on a most delicious secret: order the cheesesteak with the chipotle mayo dip. I knew at that moment that this man meant business, and so when he suggested I go-big-or-go-home and order it on the new rosemary parmesan bread, I knew I had no choice to say YES. You might be thinking that it's heresy to dip a cheesesteak into chipotle, and rosemary parm bread. That's crazy enough to put a second crack in the Liberty Bell! And you know what? It was an incredible, nay, *life-changing* event. I was Neo living in the Matrix, and Mason woke me up from my false paradigm with a sandwich-sized red pill. I was blind and now can see - thanks to a sandwich. Let me put it this way to anyone still wearing cargo shorts: if Guy Fieri ate a bite of this sub, I guarantee he would have said "Shut the front door. This sammy is BEZERK! I'd eat it on a flip-flop. This is out of bounds!" and then his head would have exploded all over Flavortown. If you're looking to order this sub and chase the feeling I'm describing, good luck because it's not on the menu; you'll have to go when Mason is working. Mason, the gourmand, the sandwich sommelier. Give this young man a raise, promote him to management, or do whatever is necessary to keep him around. If - and when - you decide that you're ready to embark on this gastronomic journey, I'll be the guy in the corner cheering you on from behind a pile of empty sandwich wrappers and empty dipping sauce containers. Bon appetite!

Let me start by saying, I love Jersey Mike’s sub shops. I’ve been to Jersey Mike’s sub shops all over the country and even in New Jersey where I met Mike. Me and my Honey went to this sub shop thinking we were going to get a authentic jersey style sub. It was pretty close, but the bread was stale. Sub shop’s should never serve their customer stale bread. Mike told me a sub sandwich should always be made on fresh bread & it should have a good portion of meat. Are’s had five pieces of provolone, five pieces of salami & seven pieces of ham on a “Giant” sub.

Smokey Point location in Arlington should be ashamed of serving this slop!! Jersey Mike’s is hands down best sub around and it is sad that this store is giving Jersey Mikes a bad name. BTW management there could care less, which is why i decided to post this.

Our pre-paid order was not started and we had just came from Seattle looking for a Jersey Mike’s. The first store we came to in Tulalip was closed for construction only to find out after we arrived to a dark store at 7 pm on Friday. so we pre-ordered at this store to save time after checking first to see if it was closed too. When we arrived, the only two employees working were sitting in the dining room by themselves, and no one else in the store. There was no food left in the counter, a few tomato slices in a drippy pan, lettuce, but not much else. and it was a mess with bits of left overs everywhere. Using the Jersey Mike’s app, we ordered 2 Clubs on Rosemary Parmesan bread but was told that only white bread was left. They made the sandwiches with ingredients from the back of the store from original storage containers. Didn’t seem as sanitary as expected and not to sure where our tomato’s came from. And to top it all off, they told us they had no more bacon, and we would have to do without. Which, to be honest is why we choose Jersey Mike’s over other competitors. To say the least, we were very disappointed with everything. I can appreciate getting hit with a rush as I have been in their shoes myself, but I would have worked hard to be ready for our next customers. Better communication and at least the attempt of making our order before I arrived would have earned my grace, but to find them sitting around when I arrived with no idea of pending pre-paid orders. I found surprising. In the end, the food tasted good and we were happy to have a meal but I might think twice about how not so easy it is to actually get a successful order from this location or others in the area in the future. Another food option may be less time consuming and...

I would give a zero star if available. I had ordered from this location and it was literally a mess. I had ordered my 3 sandwiches to be picked up at a certain time. I arrived 7 min early hoping it would be done on time. To my surprise, they were already made, sitting and waiting. It is 12 minute drive to my house and immediately we went to eat. Found the bread completely soaked like a sponge. So much so that the lettuce and tomato had already wilted from the liquid. Yes, we ordered it with "sauces' but have never had a problem and we order online quite a bit. Called the store and spoke to the manager. She said there is no way our bread would be this soaked and that they did nothing wrong. She didn't offer to replace them, or even anything to make up for the disaster of the sandwiches. Even a coupon or anything besides the lack of caring would have been a step up. This Manager had nothing but excuses to show for customer service. I work in the food industry and I understand mistakes happen but this is completely unacceptable. This store has now completely lost our business, and we will do everything in our power to spread this too...
