The stars I give are for the lady who is tall and Caucasian (maybe mixed or hispanic) wearing a black color shirt this morning. Unsure if she is a manager or not, but if she isn't, she needs to be. Business hours are listed at 10 a.m. They did not open the doors until 10:30 a.m. when employees started knocking on the door to be let in. A petite Caucasian woman came and opened the door and after employee walked in, she rolled her eyes and smirked. The store is old. Whatever "upgrades" they did, hasn't been kept up. There are marks, dried food, and grease on the walls and floors. The cashier did not greet us or even speak more than 5 words to us. No smile. Nothing. She did not repeat our order back to us or even tell us the total. The employees were not engaging or even speaking to each other. We got the order to go and checked our food in the car. Sure enough, the silent cashier rang our order up wrong. I went back inside and asked if the mashed potatoes came without gravy now, and she just stared at me. The petite lady with a black shirt on did the same and did not approach at all. I assumed she was a manager because she is the one who had the keys to unlock the doors. That is when the tall lady immediately recognized that there was an issue, physically approached the counter, engaged me in a prompt and professional manner, solved the issue, apologized for the mistake, and thanked me for my continued patience. SHE IS THE ONLY REASON I am giving stars. As an HR Professional in Strategic People Management and a business owner, I can definitely see where there is a need for pivots in operations. YUM Corp should be ashamed. I did not get her name, as we had already been waiting for 30 minutes outside and then the time it took to order and get our food. I should have. She is a gem. I may go back after this audit and...
Read moreStopped here on my way home from work. It was nearing 9:30pm. I ordered 3 chicken breast and several chicken strips because the forth chicken breast was thrown away due to being unsalable. That should’ve told me something then. Got home and this chicken was so hard. So tuff. It absolutely spoiled my wife and I dinner. Was off today and returned chicken only to be told chicken breast cost to much to replace even though the manager Jose Parramo membered me the night before and new exactly who I was. 1 chicken breast cost $3.50 and that was a loss for his store. As a 2 generation patriot of KFC I’m disappointed, disgusted and completely let down. O he referred me to Facebook and Yelp if I had a problem. Well guess what…….. Jose Parramo at store 2801 NE Green Oaks Blvd. Arlington Here’s your review sir. Innocent chickens have died for our eating enjoyment only to be mistreated. The chicken...
Read moreWhat a let down. Watched a couple of YouTube videos on the new nashville bowls and decided to try. I don't know if it's just this location but never again. I say save your money. I got the Mac n cheese one and loaded fries one. I didn't like the fact that they put the nashhot sauce at the bottom of the bowl instead of on top. I felt like both bowls were lacking in flavor. Price wise I'd say it's worth it just wish there was more flavor. Also there were no pickles on my Nash hot fries bowl. I was looking forward to them adding to the crunchy texture and a different tang to the bowl. I guess I'll stick with their plain ol original famous bowl. The worker that took my order was nice and upbeat though. Not the typical "this is my job but you're bothering me... why are you here?" attitude that many fast food workers...
