Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Arlington

This Little Caesars location is the best! After years of going to a different location and having problem after problem I began coming to this location even though it's further away. I placed an order on "pi-day" and when I arrived my order was ready but my husband had decided to add an additional dish so it was going to be a little longer. I watched as people came in and out. I must say as busy as it was the girls stayed working quickly and greeted every customer as they arrived and even though it was crazy busy they were friendly and courteous to everyone. Sofía was primarily on the front greeting customers and taking payments in orders apologize to me a couple times for me having to wait but it was to no fault of hers as my husband added something at the last minute. I appreciated the thought nonetheless. That goes to show what good character she has as she acknowledged each individual customer in between to let them know she knows they're there and they're being taken care of. I think the staff did a wonderful job that day-yesterday. And Sophia's excellent customer service skills really stood out. I came back again today as the kids wanted pizza again LOL and she was there so I was able to get her name. So shout out to Sophia and the Cooper Street Little Caesars...

The reason I am giving them 3 stars. Because when you call to make a order over the phone, they don't even know how to answer the phone. I called and they just said Hello, I asked is this Little Caesars? She said who? And then I asked again they said yes. I then I asked about a call in order she said what? So my problem is that what company doesn't tell there employees to answer the phone like, Hi or thank you for calling little Caesars, how can I help or take your order!. You do have a dedicated line for call on orders. So don't just pick up and say Hi!. I ended using the App because I wasn't going to order and they didn't care enough to talk to customers right. I think the App and box pick ups mess this customer service up for your employees. They don't get to interact with them. As still like my food from there , but please teach the crew how to answer the phones and give good customer service. That's all we want as patrons. Thank you.
