Kabob House — Restaurant in Arlington

I am so sorry I forgot to take pictures. I was so amazed by the food and the service and the taste and atmosphere I was so excited because it’s truly local country tasting food. They did not adjust the recipe to American pallet when I go out to eat at different restaurants. I want to taste the native food. I have been blessed to travel all over the world, and I have eaten in several different country. All glory to God and I know how it takes in their own homeland so when I go to a restaurant here, I know what to expect. But a lot of culture cooking has been catered to western pallet which for me I don’t enjoy. I always want to enjoy food of its natural culture and I will be back and back at this restaurant. I took my sister-in-law out today for her to experience, different culture and enjoyed it, I enjoyed the hummus. I love hummus so I bought some and the pita bread back home with me. I will definitely be visiting Restaurant time for a long time. Thank you all very much for the excellent customer service and thank you all for sticking to your culture. The hot tea was amazing. I love the flavor and I did not put any sweetener in there the fragrance of the flowers for me. I really enjoyed it. I cannot wait to come back again. I have another friend that I will be inviting to come and dine if you’re established, thank you so much. You’ve got a regular here. I will also be ordering food to be delivered to me or carry out. It’s just wonderful to have a good food. You keep it up. I give you a 10 Star Rating...

I don't understand how this place has good reviews. Maybe I went on a bad day? But anyways, I didn't have a good experience here. I walked in, never coming in before and it took them forever to acknowledge me. 2 workers there just stared at me blankly and didn't say a word to me or call for anyone to help me. When I finally got to my table, The waitress didn't acknowledge me at all and I waited forever and finally had to get up to get my own water. I understand it was 1 waitress for everybody but it became ridiculous when she was cleaning tables in an empty non busy restaurant instead of delivering my water. The food wasn't hot and got cold very quickly. I didn't even know the hummus was hummus as it was liquidy and the worst hummus i've ever had in my life. The food didn't taste good and the variety was even worse than that. You're way better off going to a real good and tasty Mediterranean restaurant like Fadis or a Mediterranean buffet such as Dimassi's for the same price. The quality and quantity is like night and day. And those places both have way better customer service. The food sucked, I felt unwanted here as a paying customer, and thankfully I'll never return...

I came here today to eat with my wife to my favorite restaurant in Arlington but the cook seems like he always a problem with me every time I come with my family he’s always rude & gets mad when I ask for fresh kabob & I always let it go, but today I ask the lady to tell the cook to make me fresh kabob because on the buffet there was nothing and he was procrastinating to make my kabob on purpose while talking in his language about me to the waitress after waiting for 20 minutes she comes and tells us it’s almost ready which would have been okay if I didn’t hear him talking bad about me with an attitude. I let her know I didn’t appreciate that and she apologized for him and said “he’s always like this with everyone, I’m sorry please ignore him I think he might be having a bad day” which I would have understood that but this happens EVERYTIME I go as far as him always having a rude attitude. It’s not the first time I brought it to the managers attention and the owner and nothing has changed. I honestly didn’t even get to finish my food or get the kabob because I was just uncomfortable so I just...
