We tried this local spot for the first time. They were not ready to accommodate dine in customers, so we got our food to go. It was a good thing because the inside of the restaurant was literally freezing, we could not have eaten in there. We are gluten-free so we opted for the pizza bowl, unique to their menu, we have not seen this item anywhere else. Highly, highly recommend this. Affordable and customizable and delicious! The portion is big enough that we were able to save some for later so we enjoyed this twice. Cannot wait to enjoy it again.

Ordered two pizzas in the middle of the day. Took almost an hour to arrive cold and completely wrong. Ticket read lite crust on one and no onions on the other. Got their original crust and covered in onions. I called store. They offered to remake. I said I didn’t have time to wait another hour to eat or a free desert. I said I didn’t have time to wait and really the only thing warranted was a partial to full refund for sending the incorrect order. They told me to have a nice day.

Ordered two medium specialty pizzas for a Friday dinner at 8pm with friends who had never had it, it was actually kind of embarrassing. My wife and I had raved about it before ordering and after everyone soldiered through we had only eaten 8 1/2 of the 16 slices. No one wanted more. That's how bad it was! Basically Cici's buffet pizza quality. Seems like they cheaped out on quality and quantity of ingredients. Lost a 5 year customer. Good luck if this is your new path, guys. Bye!

First i want to start off by saying i love the food itself but the service is terrible. I ordered a pizza Friday 01/15/2024 , half pepperoni and half cheese. when i got home it had all pork on it which one of the people in the home does not eat pork. I was told by an employee my two options were 1) come back for the cheese or 2) id have a free pizza if i didn’t come back that day of. i decided to not come back that same day because i had just made it home and it was all an inconvenient honestly. So today 01/15/2024 i called to get my free pizza, I experienced nothing but attitude from someone who claimed to be a general manager who said his name was Daruis Frank (don’t t know if its true) but he was extremely rude he stated to me he was doing interview and he had issued me a refund (which is fine if i have my money back) the problem was he acted like i inconvenience him when my order was messed up. I explained the options i had and was never told about a refund so i ask him to provide proof of a refund that was submitted. To sum my point up he was very rude , very short, very unapologetic and had no good customer service skills im thankful for my money back but really it was just 20 dollars it wasnt about the money or the free pizza it was the principle on how he was talking to me to the point where my fiancé had to go down there and talk to him, Very disappointed in the service i received

Update.

The "owner" responded to my review and told me to send a private message with my contact information via facebook or twitter. I went to facebook and there was no place for me message them. I then went back to look at other reviews and seen the same response under other bad reviews which leads me to believe that the response is just to make them look better as if they tried to fix...

This review is in regards to Marco's Corporate, to it's website, and is not a critique on the local store. My condolences to all franchisees of such a badly run company! My experience has been that the website makes ordering the deals that are offered on it practically impossible. The first two times I ordered it did work, but it was like jumping through hoops to finally get the original deal that was offered through the website, and that I had clicked on, to actually go through so that the total matched the original offer. Now (as of yesterday) I find it to be utterly impossible to get the posted deals, no matter how many times I closed the browser, refreshed, etc., nothing this past time worked. The local manager made it right and got an earful about the company he works for and I do appreciate the friendly service at the local level. The local manager's hands are tied since he can do nothing about the website and if initiating feedback, internally, within the company, is anything like it was for me, the customer, then nothing is going to change. What happens when I click the link for customer feedback? It goes to the menu. What happens when I look up and call the number for Corporate? It rings the pizza shop in front of corporate and the shop attendant had to give me the real number. What a joke! Wouldn't surprise me if this company soon starts closing stores. If corporate doesn't care, Marco's isn't gonna make it. As far as this customer can tell, they do not. Hopefully they wake up soon and...

As a Dominos addict for years, I was used to a certain price, style and flavor. I was hesitant to try Marco's Pizza as they were more expensive than the $5.99 specials I have become used to, but my eldest swore I would enjoy it.

Tried their Caesar Salad and in comparison to most fast food salads I was very pleasantly surprised! Same price, but huge chunks of lettuce, sizable slices of cheese and chicken instead of the little grated bits I was used to from other pizza places. Very nice change of pace.

Their chicken bites were comparatively priced but more flavorful, a little too much breading for me, but spices were not overwhelming, nor too bland. A perfect balance.

Custom built a pizza with a couple of different meats and a few veggies was a bit more expensive than I am used to paying. Opened the box and instead of the flat pizza with thin slices of veggies and bits of meat I am used to seeing, I could barely see the thin crust under the load of large chunks of mushrooms, tomatoes, bell pepper, ham and beef. The taste combo with all the fresh ingredients and crispy crust was spot on!

Sorry Dominos, loved you for over a decade, but I think you have been replaced once and for all in...
