Peter's Chicken, Burger, Wings, & Seafood — Restaurant in Arlington

I bought a double cheese hamburger the other day when I got off of work.. I called it in I confirmed the ingredients over the phone and then my boyfriend picked it up. I came all the way from euless to support this business. Upon arriving home I opened my food and the burger was made incorrectly I called the establishment but they were closed at the time.. the next morning I called the establishment and spoke with the owner.. he said if I brought the burger and the receipt back they would remake my burger I did just that and upon my arrival he took the box my food came in opened it up and gave it back to me and told me he was not going to refund or remake my hamburger, but I had just called also he was very rude loud talking me and told me that he would cut the vegetables and put them on my cold Burger that's been sitting overnight that was made incorrectly but he would not make me a new hamburger.... He was hollering and being disrespectful and my daughter was present... I had to go get my boyfriend and he went in there and spoke with him.... Then after about 10 minutes of going back and forth he finally did replace my hamburger and that was after trying to make us pay half for the burger that he just made smmfh.... The sad thing is I ordered from there all the time but I usually never go in and he's never seen my face I will never do business there again. They have good food but the customer service is horrible I guess it's okay as long as your food gets...

Not impressed by the food nor service at this location. I ordered at the drive thru at this place for the first time, where there was no menu anywhere outside. I had to pull up to the window and wait 5 minutes before they realize that someone was at the drive thru window. An older Asian man came opened the window and asked what I want(!) I asked for a menu and as I take a look at the menu, he closed the window on me. I was really going to drive off because I find that behavior rude and unprofessional. After the encounter with that rude old man, a younger lady came and took my order. It is ridiculous that the small drink (16 oz) is $1 and extra $1 to upsize. I ended up getting the 5 piece dark meal with two sides (tots and fries) for $7. I waited another 10 minutes for the food to be ready. As soon as I took the food in my car, I noticed very unpleasant smell from the food. When I actually take a bite from the tots and fries, they were tasteless and mushy/soggy, and the fried chicken tasted nasty. I find Lisa's chicken to taste a lot better than this place, even that Lisa's friend chickens are not...

I was over a friends house who lives close by to this restaurant and they highly suggested we have it for dinner. The chicken was made fresh right as we ordered it so you do have to wait a little, however this wait was 100% worth it. We got a huge dinner pack that came with about 24 chicken strips, maybe 6 rolls, 2 large sides, a 2 liter, and jalapenos. The best part is they aren't stingy with dipping sauces. We got 3 different sauces and they gave them to us in little cups when I was expecting a couple of packets or MAYBE small portion cups. I live 20 minutes away from this place but I've been thinking about making the trip ever since. The food was so fresh I couldn't bite into it immediately because it was so hot. We got it crispy and they did not disappoint there. I highly recommend this place if you're feeling lazy and don't want to cook dinner but dont want to spend a lot of money at the same time.
