Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews — Restaurant in Arlington

Very disappointed in tonight's visit. It is my daughter's birthday, she chose to go here for her birthday, and the service was awful. We went right before 7pm, so it's not like it was close to closing. The restaurant was not that busy, but for whatever reason our server, I believe his name is Noah, decided he didn't want much to do with us. It took him quite a bit to get to us to begin with. We were cordial when he did get to our table, and when we asked him how he was doing, his response was a snappy, "Well, it's getting pretty busy." It wasn't. Half the restaurant was empty. He delivered our drinks, took our order, and off he went. The manager served our food, and we never saw our server again. One of us, the birthday girl, needed a refill, and that didn't happen. Our server managed to take care of the 3 tables seated behind us without issue. Finally, I approached the manager to ask for a refill and to let him know that we had not seen our server since he took our order. We got an apology from the manager. Another server brought my daughter her drink. After another 5-10 minutes, our server came to ask how everything was tasting, all of our plates were pretty empty. We said no. He walked off. He came back about 5 minutes later, asked if we wanted any refills, we said no, just bring us the check please. He did, we paid, we left. Not once did he apologize for his service. Just very disappointing.....I understand all too well how it is to be a server, but I do not understand completely ignoring a table that you keep walking by, and...

Came here for dinner on a weeknight, great all around!

We had the cheesy mozzarella twists for an appetizer, these were really good. Definitely get these if you're a cheesestick person, ask for ranch too... they have that ranch you wanna take home with you, lol. Burgers & wings, no complaints. Nice to see various heat options for the sauce options. My friend's wing basket was full, pretty good deal for the price. I had one of the tavern burgers, the haystack double, with onions rings. The onions rings are huge, when you can't fit it in the dip container that's not necessarily problem. :) Crispy, not greasy, & the batter doesn't fall apart or crumble when you bite into it. Burger was excellent as well, juicy & full of flavor. I know that my friend also enjoyed her burger, she had a cheeseburger of some sort.

Atmosphere is bright & lively without it being too loud or crazy. Staff is wonderful! The host greeted us immediately upon arrival, held the door open when we arrived & left, he also seated us quickly. Jacob was our server, fun guy & very attentive, constantly checking in with us. Our friend was running late because of a major wreck but he was patient with us as we waited for him & enjoyed our appetizer just chatting away. Also, great sense of humor & his ability to hear me out when I asked about marshmallows. Lol.

A+ experience all around. Good service, food, prices, & atmosphere. Definitely recommend stopping here to have a chill time...

This experience was very disappointing. We visited yesterday when it was not very busy. Our waitress Haylee took our order and brought our drinks and food. She stopped by the table two more times for refills and then came back to ask how we wanted to handle the ticket (we were a party of 9) at this point, we were all still eating with most of us having most of our food still on our plates. Haylee brought the ticket, collected the payment, and brought the receipt back. From that point forward, she abandoned our table altogether. Inevitably, some of us ran out of drinks and also wanted additional fries, but we were unable to get any. Eventually we spotted a pitcher of water and one of us was about to go get it to refill our drinks when another waiter spotted us and got us water and as he was about to take my glass to refill my drink, Haylee shows up looking bothered. She brought the drink back and kept coming back to our table to collect plates without saying much and with an annoyed look. We had a special needs child at our table, and she gave him annoyed looks as well. Finally, we decided to leave because we could see we were annoying her. I had to go to the restroom, so my family waited by the door. This waitress literally gave them a dirty look as they waited there. I've never been treated this way at a Red Robin.
