NO MONEY BACK FOR YOUR SINGLES!!
In the past few months I’ve noticed them wanting you to sell your cards through a buy list feature on their website. Long story short, the system they use lowballs you so much it’s insulting. I’m talking about 20-30% value of your cards depending on what the card is, condition, and how much the card sells and rarity.
I will not be coming back and spending anymore money with them since I would regularly trade cards in and get value and buy more from them. I’ve spent a lot of money in just a few months with y’all and now I don’t want to spend money with you guys anymore because I don’t feel valued or my cards here anymore.
They will sell you “Near Mint” cards but half the time they are either LP or MP. JMHO buyer beware.
Edit: I saw Meta TCG had replied to this and would like to clarify that the cards I sold to them were NOT cards that were just released and ALL above $5. So their statement of saying that they don’t lowball is a lie.
I literally cracked S:P Little Knights and And Horus engine cards from packs during the first week of AGOV and you guys bought them for way more than 25%. (Like 70% of the value at the time) Which is wayyyyyy better than 25%!!!
Steer clear as I think they are lying now. Review was 2 stars before they replied...
Read moreI love the TCS but i feel like the ability to earn your way to meta tcg merch through points is a bit steep I'm on a budget but find a way to buy and progress my hobby in yugioh and mtg also the weekend is big for business though I understand that weekends are great to enjoy off I feel like that would be a huge money maker for walk ins it's like if the club was closed on weekends their would be no money in it I have a degree in business administration and the lack of space to play also loses out on sales by keeping people in the store and money in tournaments like competitors such as common grounds games that remain packed with a heavy flow of people renting private rooms and widespread tournaments as well though I guess the majority of sales come from online sales marketing the brand through gameplay could help bolster notariaty all in all I love the library of cards and dependability all in all you all have a...
Read moreWow! I cannot say enough good things about this place. I went in with a large box of older Yu Gi Oh cards and was hoping to just get them off my hands and maybe get a starter deck for a new game. The help I received was second to none. The gentleman who helped me (who’s name I regretfully do not remember) went through all of my cards with me, got the value of the cards he wanted to purchase, and gave me a fair price. What was exceptional was the excitement they instilled in me for the new game I was buying, the way they picked up on my interest and gave me their recommendations, and were just all around good guys to chat with. Every member of the staff engaged me and genuinely made me want to come back. Honestly the only bad thing I have to say is I live out of town and can’t make this my...
