Ricos Tacos & 'Ritas — Restaurant in Arlington

I had a disappointing experience tonight at Rico's Tacos in Arlington, TN. While placing a to-go order, I was unexpectedly confronted by a staff member who aggressively pointed her finger at me when I requested additional salsa and chips. I've been a regular customer and never had issues getting extra salsa with my orders before.

I was taken aback by her behavior—she even threatened to call the police, claiming I was a threat to her boss simply for making a request. Incredibly, she followed me outside and took a picture of my license plate. It’s disheartening to think that in today's world, people can react so unprofessionally and resort to dishonesty.

I believe management should address such behavior, especially considering that my request was just for some extra salsa to accompany...

So we ordered from here yesterday for the first time. We went and picked up the food from the window. At first they tried to give us the wrong order and said 52.00$ was owed. I said no, the order was already paid for online and then the right order was given to us. As far as the food is concerned, it was kind of disappointing. We ordered the 2 "big burritos" off the menu and they weren't big at all. Even though the burrito tasted good, that was really misleading to list it as big when it wasn't. We also ordered chorizo dip and chips&salsa. The chorizo dip tasted good but there wasn't very much of it. The salsa was not good. It tasted like watered down Pericos salsa. It was not a good first...

Service is awful. Our server was completely clueless. Never received our guacamole or queso we ordered as an appetizer. They were out of steak. Our server tried to bring us someone else’s food at least twice. We were there for an hour waiting on our food. Server brought out cold refried beans to our table after an hour, and we were told it would be a much longer wait for our food. Not sure why my side of beans were brought out without any other food. After waiting for over an hour, we still never received our food we ordered. Server did not come back to check on our drinks or chips/salsa. We were one of 4 tables of diners left at the restaurant. We finally cancelled our order and left without...
