I have been using Starbucks for 17 years and never was I given a more infect beverage than I received today. First, I assumed the lady had used the wrong expresso shot in my cup, and I went back, politely saying that this might not be a mocha. She changed it for me, first saying that she gave me a "white mocha" and still asked me twice if I wanted a white mocha. No, I don't, otherwise I would have ordered that, I thought to myself. Then she yelled from behind the machine "do you want decaf?" No I thought to myself, or I would have ordered decaf. Second "mocha" came, and I was in a hurry so I left, trusting her. The beverage tasted like water with a ton of sugar and a little milk. I could not even describe what it tasted, except that she must have added a ton of sugar and that it did not remotely taste like a mocha. I had to throw my $5 "grande mocha." What was also unsettling is this is in a hospital, where there might be sick people ordering there. People might have diabetes or other conditions. No clue what she put in my cup! Read moreI think this would be a great place with the correct staff .. not all of the staffing is questionable .. I am glad its a Starbucks in this location. STAFF would be the reason I have 4 Stars .. I is not easy doing the task and Im sure with the proper training of each staff to pay attention to the proper way to make drinks. If its language issues maybe 2 ppl should be working .. Also it may help to do class on how to have effective communication. Different cultures express themselves differently. I do have health issues and I will say work environment matters with how staff operate. So I won’t act as if communication has always been perfect but no one is and some people talk to the workers like they are not human training training and effective communication classes .. training with the drinks as well . I will continue to go to this store inside the hospital . We all can do better so who am I not to...
