I stopped at Subway to get lunch for work tonight and all I wanted was the pasta dinner. I walked in and started to order and was told by the workers that the boss just left apparently the manager here is the only one that knows how to make pasta! There were three other workers in there! I walked out the manager was leaving and I expressed to her my frustration and she just dropped her head in shame and then proceeded to go back in there to make my dinner, but at that point I no longer wanted it. I should not have to track down the manager at the end of her shift for something that the other workers should be able to make! I was pressed for time so instead I went next-door to Wendy’s and got a meal that I really didn’t want. I think this is quite ridiculous that the workers are not trained to make everything on the menu. That is bad for business if somebody wants something that the workers don’t know how to make they are to go...

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Subway at this location.I went to their shop with valid Subway coupons, which I had attached photos of for clarity. However, upon presenting the coupons, I was informed by the staff that they were unable to accept them because the owner supposedly doesn't allow food to be sold using coupons.

This was incredibly frustrating as the coupons were legitimate and should have been honored as advertised. It's unacceptable for a business to reject valid promotions and inconvenience customers in this manner. I left the store feeling disheartened and dissatisfied with the service.

I hope Subway takes steps to rectify this issue and ensures that customers are treated fairly and respectfully in the future. As it stands, I cannot recommend this location to others based on my...
