Deeply disappointed in my visit to Taco Casa today. I ordered three tacos and a burrito. FIRST ISSUE: I love the Taco Casa hot sauce. It is tasty with just the right amount of heat. Truly, the perfect condiment for tacos and burritos. A Taco Casa experience is, in fact, incomplete without. On a previous visit I was told they were out of hot sauce. I cancelled my order. I love the hot sauce. All that aside, I HATE the new sauce packets. They’ve made them larger so they can give fewer to the customer. There’s enough for three well-sauced tacos. I asked for “lots” of sauce today. Got home to find I’d been provided one, which was not sufficient to sauce my lunch to my taste. SECOND ISSUE: Two of my three tacos came home with broken shells. One had a minor break. The other had multiple breaks and was missing a sizable chunk which tells me the person preparing knew it was broken when it was wrapped. The third shell was stale. I usually enjoy Taco Casa. Today was a disappointing experience.

It’s amazing how such a simple and amazing concept like Taco Casa and their 13 menu items manages to get screwed up when a location like Little Rd literally doesn’t give a s***. I paid for items I did not receive. Half the items I did receive were so drenched in grease that the taco shell was soaked…in grease. 🤮 When I called and left a message, because of course no one could be bothered to answer the store phone…my message went unresponded to. If you’re looking for that great Taco Casa experience we all know and love…keeping looking. This location isn’t it. And don’t bother driving East on 20 to their sister location on Collins, it isn’t any better. Way to go TC Little Rd, you managed to mess up something as simple as tacos and burritos. 🙄

Why so much hot sauce for 1 Super Burrito! This is why it's so expensive to eat out nowadays, poor management. Talk about throwing profits down the drain! 2 packs is enough. I remember working in a restaurant as a teenager, and they would constantly manage the amount of packets we gave out because they cost money! It seems nowadays management doesn't teach teenagers about food cost. I mean, we might have given a bit too much, but "common sense" should tell these kids nowadays this is excessive. I hope the manager of this location sees this. The food and service here are always great. I only gave a low rating, so my review stands out.

I have always been a huge fan of Taco Casa and frequent this location often. However, yesterday (Sunday 8/8/21) I gotta say, was one of my worst experiences ever. Lady at the front counter (very long braids) asked me my name for the order so I spelled it for her. It's only 4 letters with a single vowel. I asked for a Sprite, she gave me tea (I don't drink caffeine). When my order finally arrived, the name on the ticket was 6 letters (2 vowels). While watching the 3 people involved in making my food, I got so upset because they were all more interested in talking between wrapping burritos and tacos, they took an extended time getting food out to the drive-thru as well as the only order at that time for the lobby - mine. I worked for Taco Bell in the late 70's and early 80's. If my manager back then had witnessed me or anyone else taking that long to put out an order, we would have been fired on the spot. I only ordered a burrito and a drink and while watching the gentleman at the stuffing station wrapping my burrito, he realized he forgot to put an ingredient in so he unwrapped it, added my extra ingredient and finally brought my my food in a to-go bag (I ordered "For Here"). Everyone after me got a tray but this individual wasn't paying any attention to my order obviously (he was too...

Taco casa is always delicious. We had a crazy experience this time though. We ordered through the drive through as normal. We pulled up to the window and it was opened by a girl who just looked at us. This is where you normally pay after the employee tells you how much your total is. She said nothing so my friend just handed her the card to pay and she immediately closed the window. Several seconds later, another employee opened the window and repeated our order to us to confirm that it was the correct order and my friend replied that it was. The second employee closed the window again.

They kept the window closed for several minutes while holding onto my friends credit card which made my friend very anxious. This location now has tint over the window and you cannot see inside to look at the employees at all. Finally, the first, mute employee opens the window, hands the card and receipt out and closes the window. A moment later, she opens it again and passes out the food. My friend asks I'd there is hot sauce in the bag and she nods, then closes the window. . . . ... Yeah, the window girl didn't say a single thing to us. Is she not dealing directly with your customers? If she cannot talk, greet and thank the customers for coming, why is she placed at the window??? Lol.

The food was...
