Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Arlington

Best vibe here! All staff work as a team and give great customer experience on a week night. This CiCis Pizza was the best one I have ever experienced over 15++ years. Within this environment even customers were super friendly and respectful. Being here can boost your spirits—you’ll see when you visit! The pizzas were plentiful& fresh, no scrimping on cheese and toppings. Even with a packed room at 8:30 pm, they kept up with the crowd. No lines even. The salad bar had fresh lettuce and toppings—was clean. The pizza buffet bar was clean. Pizza options: variety of pepperonis, spinach, Mac n’ cheese, taco, cheese, alfredo cheese, sausage or beef, etc. Cicis still allows customers to make requests, the staff hollers out when placing that request out on the bar. Seasonal dessert was pumpkin cinnamon rolls-very buttery and tasty. There was also the apple pie and classic brownie w/powdered sugar. There was also plain pasta, vats of alfredo and marinara, and chicken soup. Staff quickly cleaned tables and cleared plates. The floors were scrubbed clean. Plates were hard, paper cups, individually-wrapped plastic utensils, paper napkins, straws. They have baby high chairs, private booth area for introverts. Self-serve drinking station with tea urns, and common beverage add-ins. Game room had new ticket device with self-serve purchase of points (no coins). Kiddie jeep, 1-driver speed car, zombie double shooter, nerf double shooter, claw games, candy claw, and a wall of vending machine...

. The manager, Saul, has apparently checked out completely. It's extremely disturbing how careless the food industry has become, and the individuals running it are even more careless. I'm assuming that, as it's not your business, you're not prioritizing it. I understand that it's a buffet and my expectations were low. I took my children, and from the moment we walked in, I knew it was a mistake. My children insisted on staying, and I ended up getting a refund for my buffet because I knew I wouldn't be eating there. My interaction with the manager was appalling due to his demeanor, which was very careless. It's clear that he's fed up and doesn't care about the business. The place was extremely dirty. I informed him that a pizza had been ordered over 20 minutes ago, and we were still waiting. As the pizza was being placed in the oven, I was told it was in the oven. I had to ask another employee to assure the manager that I wasn't being an unruly customer being as though he’s the one who ordered the cheese pizza .He didn't apologize or acknowledge the issue. I recall a saying from a previous job: 'If you have time to lean, you have time to clean.' The place was dirty, and there were many employees present, which made it even more shocking. He was sitting down, enjoying pizza, and on the phone, which explains his demeanor.

I am SO happy to be writing this review! I was extremely pleased with the service here at this location. These guys go above and beyond for their guests. I can not stressed that enough! I am a HUGE fan of pizza so I know when it tastes just right. The pizza was scrumptious, it was fresh, and the buffet station was nice and clean! I was greeted right away by a sweet young lady at the cash register (I wish I would’ve got her name).

Im telling you guys, I was well taken care of from the second I walked in to the second I left. I kid you not! It was SO satisfying! And Listen! Skyler (management) he’s top tier! He knows what he’s doing and he makes sure his customers are truly happy! He checks in on everyone to ensure their needs are met to satisfaction. Skyler has great energy and he does genuinely care. I love to see it!

And SHOUT OUT to MARK!!! (management) he’s Awesome! He has the biggest heart you guys! I absolutely love what he’s done, not only for CiCis, but for the community as well. Thank YOU so much, Mark! You are a true hero.

I would much rather dine-in at this location than to dine at the CiCis right by my house, So Um…that is saying something!
