Wendy's — Restaurant in Arlington

I came here Saturday morning and my brother was ordering and he said "2 number 4's" and the lady said ok, then he changed his mind and said, "actually, 2 number 2's" and she said "okay" and then the lady that was standing outside changing the breakfast signs to the normal menu yelled to her again through the door "he said 2 number 2's instead" and the lady taking our order said ok again. so we get on the road, i eat my potato wedges and all is good. then, i look at my sandwich (that was supposed to be a breakfast croissant sandwich) and it was a butter biscuit with a piece of chicken in the middle (i believe it was a number 4 on the breakfast menu), my dad tried it and said it was gross. so we go back to tell them and the lady keeps arguing. my brother keeps telling her what he said and she kept saying "oh no, i was there, this lady was outside changing the signs" but it literally had nothing to do with the fact that she got our order wrong. and so my brother asked if we could just get a burger instead of a breakfast sandwich because she also kept saying "we aren't serving breakfast anymore" and so she said "yeah we can do that" so my dad and i just ordered a cheeseburger plain, meat cheese and bread is all we asked for to make it easy. then she hands us our food and my brother drives off and we get on the highway. i open my burger and there is no cheese on the burger, its just a patty and buns. i was hungry so i tried it and it tasted so bad. this was my first time in Texas and the second place that i got food from that was either gross or messed up my order. Sheesh! Where do I even start?! This is an EXTREMELY busy location & I can respect + understand that.

However, when I pulled up to order, I thought that the speaker was broken. I didn’t hear anyone, after sitting at the speaker for a couple of minutes. I didn’t want to hold up the line (which literally extended all the way into the service road); so I pulled up & ordered at the first window…

The lady at the first window (Angie), instantly got an attitude. I let her know that I didn’t hear anyone & her response was, “See, that’s going to mess up our orders”, rolled her eyes & kept saying, “Ma’am you have to wait in line. That’s why there’s a line. This is going to mess up our orders.”

I let her know that I was one of those people who had waited (at least 15+ mins) & reiterated that I didn’t hear anyone at the speaker, she kept interrupting me. She finally took my order but was rude the entire time.

When I got my food, it wasn’t fresh, it was barely warm. I wasn’t even asked to pull up to wait - so that my food would be fresh - my sandwich was half wrapped & the top bun was actually split in half.

I am a Wendy's fan, but this place had some employees that were literally trying to sabatogw the place. I ordered through the app and once I got to the drive through kiosk the employee said we had a medical emergency and wasn't serving. I asked about the online order and she said she couldn't help. I just went through and then parked in the parking lot to see when the ambulance came. None ever came and cars kept going through the drive thru. Then I saw some leave with food! I canceled my order and reordered and went back through the line 5 minutes later. This time they said pull up but when I got to the window she said "we are out of ice, do you still want your order." and then started laughing and ran over to another coworker who started laughing and walked off. She then came back over rolled her eyes and gave me a hot pineapple lemonaide and cold food. I was floored by the total lack of human decency. She had no name tag and wouldn't give me her name. She yelled to her co-workers, I'm quitting tomorrow anyway, laughed and walked off. Someone needs to get a handle on...
