This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Upon entry of room there was sticky liquid left on all the counter tops and nightstand. Cup rings left from the previous guest. And a dirty wash rag left on the curtain rod in the shower. The shower was also completely filthy on the bottom and we wiped it with one of the hotel towels and it instantly became visibly dirty. Because we are not from the area and here for a concert that had all the surrounding hotels completely booked, we had to just wipe everything down ourselves. We then noticed that a dirty sock was left on the side of the bed from the previous guest as well. Hotel staff was notified and all they did was come and remove the sock. Did not offer any other service. After a long day out in town we came back to the hotel room and pulled back the sheets to notice dirt and hair underneath them. With it being a weekend and no management on site we had to strip the beds and ask for new bedding until the morning. Room service came the next morning and re “cleaned” the room. Upon re entry of the room the dirty wash cloth was still on the shower rod (as seen in picture), proving they still did NOT clean the shower. Absolutely terrible service. Would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.

I give 3 stars because the staff was nice and the location was good. However, the room was mediocre at best. There was water damage on the window, window frame and "curtains". Luckily, the room was not musty, but there is obviously an issue that needs to be resolved. The sheetrock was crumbling at the top of the window frame. The bathroom appeared to be recently remodeled, but I don't know if a full grown man could stand up straight in the shower. The ceiling in the shower was so low I felt claustrophobic and I'm barely over 5ft tall. We had to request more toilet paper the first night because there was only less than 1/2 of one roll and barely 1/4 of the second roll for a room booked with 4 people. Our room stayed cool (with a window controlled unit), but the hallways and lobby were hot, humid and musty. It would literally take your breath away walking to the elevator. Breakfast was okay. The powdered eggs were runny, the "warm" cinnamon rolls were in fact not warm, but the self made pancakes were good. We stayed here for a concert, so I can understand a price increase. But I honestly do not feel the price reflected the quality. I would not recommend this hotel if other options are available.

First-the front desk employee was kind. But that’s where it ends. The hotel felt unclean, which is so unusual for an IHG. Room was disgusting. I asked for cleaning, but was told I’d have to wait until next day. I said that wasn’t going to be acceptable, so the front desk clerk was going to clean. Around 9pm, they sent a maid. Later, I realized the bar in the shower was hanging out of the wall. Not okay. Our daughter relies on those bars for her shower. Manager would not call or speak to me. Had her front desk clerk relay all information. Claimed there were no rooms available anywhere (not true) and I’d have to wait until the next day. We called IHG, got new reservations, canceled ours there, and left, expecting a refund for one night and canceling the second night. As we were leaving, a handy man showed up to fix the bar (9:30) at night, but we still couldn’t have used the shower until the next day. Bhumi (manager) has been rude, interrupts constantly, difficult to reach, and a pain in the neck. Refuses to give a refund and is charging us for the second night. Horrible. Don’t bother staying here.

Overall my stay was decent; my check in was quick. I was offered the virtual check in so it was easy to go get my keys. At first glance, my room seemed clean. After looking at the floor I can tell they didn’t clean it. There was hair all over my bathroom and soot in the tiles.

The few issue I noted during my stay:

Parking – I was a person that came in really late 3am, 4am, it was difficult to find parking. The mac trucks took up 4 and 5 spaces so there was limited space for everyone else. The hotel should consider an alternative parking spot for the big trucks. Then I had to park by trees and bushes wondering if a homeless person would pop out. There’s no security and the side door is locked so it is a little weary walking to the front door. My bathroom was dirty, I had hair that clearly wasn’t mine. I didn’t end up getting services, I just cleaned my own bathroom. Housekeeping brings small children to work; I went to get towels and there was a kid approximately 10 years old changing the pillowcases in someone’s room. This is concerning because kids shouldn’t be performing housekeeping services. Housekeeping doesn’t pay attention so they have your room wide open with your valuables available for anyone to walk in and take them. Then no one in housekeeping speaks English; luckily for me I speak Spanish so I could communicate but it is challenging for those that don’t. The AC was difficult to regulate in my room; either it was too hot or too cold They need a designated smoking area. People were literally smoking right outside the front doors and the smoke comes right into the hotel. You have to walk through the billow of smoke each time. The laundry facility was defective. I had to wash my clothes twice because when I took them out, they were soaked. I don’t know if soap was available but I ended up using my own. I went to the front desk and “Tay” was there. I asked her for more quarters to finish my clothes and she told me no she couldn’t just give me change. But I clearly had change, just no quarters. The wi-fi was weak, if you lock your device you have to log back in each time…very annoying The lobby doors are often locked late night. The attendant is out of sight. The side doors also are locked. You have to beat on the doors to get in.

The hotel could definitely use some paint/touch up. The hotel is a bit shabby. I only had breakfast once time. It was okay but I didn’t eat down there often.

Overall, the hotel is okay but small...

I have stayed at this hotel before. The room started ok until we woke up Sunday morning to get ready for the day. My wife had just finished showering and she screamed. I ran to the bathroom and she was showing me a used condom that was in her towel. This was disgusting. This was planted there because it was in the middle of the towel and you would never see this. I went down to show the manager but she was not on site due to it being Sunday. The staff told me they would make sure the room was cleaned again. When we got back from our outings, we came back to the room not being touched. They never came in and changed out the towels or even cleaned the room again. I had to go down the hall and get new towels off of the housekeeping card. We woke up Monday morning and before breakfast, I went down to visit with the Manager. She told me that she got the message about the condom in the towel and stated she was sorry. She stated there was nothing she could do about it. The rest of the stay was very uncomfortable. My family stated everytime they walked past the front desk it felt weird. The staff would not look at us and would not make eye contact. My In-Laws were staying in the room across the hall from us and they stated the same thing. Both my In-Laws and I are IHG Members, I used to be Gold Status until I retired several years ago. I still travel some, as you can look at my states over the past several years. I know I have silver status. In all my years of travel both for work and pleasure, nothing like this has ever happened to me. This is not only a disgusting situation, but in the day and times we live in this is also a way for people to contract diseases. This is unsanitary. I was told that after persons and/or persons leave a room all the towels/sheets are changed out, but not in this room. There is no telling how long that has been in the room. This is the most horrible stay I have ever had at a...
