Wendy's — Restaurant in Arlington

I decided I had to try the Baconator that they were so proud to make their flagship breakfast item. Baconator...sounds like it's gonna have some darn bacon on it, doesn't it? WRONG! I opened up the sandwich to see how much wonderful bacon was on my Baconator. And to my surprise, it had 4 halves of bacon...2 slices broken into 4 pieces. WHOOPTY DOO! It was just another plain ole breakfast sandwich. Nothing special. So don't expect much if you think you're gonna get more bacon on...The Baconator! The gentleman at the drive thru window was very nice. Nov. 22, 2022 - 2 STARS - Today I decided to try new things. The Bacon Pub Fries: RIP OFF! They weren't very good. You got about the same amount of fries as a small order with a little amount of "melted cheese" and 1 piece of bacon broken in half laid on top. About 50-60 cents worth of food for $3.79. Plus it didn't taste very good. Chicken Mozzerella Marinara sandwich. Forget this one too. Two pieces of thin chicken, very little sauce and a paper thin piece of small cheese - $6.79. Chicken was dry. Hardly any sauce to juicen it a little. Could barely taste the...

I got one of their bacon, egg and cheese biscuits for breakfast but instead got a bacon, egg, cheese and 4 pieces of what appears to be a thick white plastic bag from something. After finding the first one in my mouth, I tore the sandwich apart and found 3 more pieces that were in the biscuit itself. I doubt very seriously that they got into the biscuit mix by accident before they were cooked because the edges of the pieces were shaggy, meaning they that someone took their finger and purposely stuck it into the plastic (bags edge) till each piece was pulled off. You don't get pieces like that if you open the bag with a sharp edged knife or scissors. How gross. I wish I could add a picture to show everybody. Maybe that's why my order took so long to get because they had to add those in and it took longer to cook..??? I just thought it was because I was first to get there in the morning and they hadn't got ready yet to start the day. Plus the potato wedges tasted like they were cooked in old grease. It'll be a long while before I think about going...

I visited the 3400 S Cooper location at 11:30pm approx on wed. the 18th of March and waited in line for quite sometime (which was fine for me due to the amount of customers in line at the time) I had ordering a frosty with cookie dough, which i get twice a week on the way home. When I reached the first window i gave my $2.69 cash and pulled up to the second window where i had been handed a frosty with the consistency of a glass of milk. I kindly asked if there was anything the cashier at the window could do about it and was looked at like i just ruined his day because he would have to remake it... as he walked off he called me a "muther fu**er" to the other employee, who laughed. I was uneasy about recieving a next frosty from them so i drove off and tried calling the store... I was hung up on 3 times then got through to tell the manager what happened, who offered no solution. I have been visiting that location for most my life and NEVER TREATED like that and WENDYS will NEVER get another dime...
