Good evening,
I just placed an order at your location at 3610 S Cooper St Unit 110B Arlington, TX 76015 directly at the store and have received an awful experience with my family at this location. I made a special request and was informed it couldn’t be done. I understood and requested a refund for that matter for my drink. I’ve allowed the staff to continue preparing the remaining two drinks in my order for my family. My 9 year old son didn’t like his drink. As a result I kindly requested a replacement and Max, store manager, informed me he is unable to because in his own words, “they didn’t mess up the order”. I told him “ok, this will be the first and last time I’ll give your store business”. I tossed my son’s drink in the trash and refused to purchase another drink due to the poor service received to make this right. I asked him for a receipt of my purchase and refund and I have not received a printed nor text receipt. Max attempted but stated that he was unable to provide a receipt and apologized. I told him “this is the worst experience I’ve ever had.” He passive aggressively said “well I’m sorry”immediately turned around and as he walked away said “have a nice day”. I was nothing but courteous at all times. Max never tried to make 100% satisfactory service to make the experience right. Max never provided me a receipt and a refund receipt as I rightfully should’ve had. I am requesting upper management to please look into this matter to make this right as this experience completely contradicts your customer service policy as posted on the counter. Please contact me as soon as possible to further correct...
Read moreIt was a nice place. me and my girlfriend went there and we had two drinks one tea one coffee two appetizers the weird thing about the place was my girlfriend wanted honey added to her coffee but the lady said no previous to that question the lady was like if you have any questions just ask me and after the lady said no you can't have any honey I was like it just struck me kind of strange because she just responded with a no I asked her if they had honey to which she said yes but she said that she couldn't put any in there which I didn't understand and I said is there anything else that you could put in there to sweeten it up and she said no but come to find out that all the drinks come with like a plastic top on them. I'm assuming they're made by the employees and then they seal it with a plastic top so I don't know why she couldn't have put an additional substance in there to sweeten it up but she did make mention that there's a corporate policy so if you go there I think it's good to know you can get what's on the menu and nothing else. I kind of wish the employee would have said that because it would have gotten rid of a lot of uncomfortableness while we were trying to tweak our order. The customer service was lacking as the employee only responded with yes or no answers and did not attempt to help us with tweaking the coffee or giving a great explanation as to why.. im assuming because everything here is prepackaged. Go get a bubble tea and take a picture, cool place to do that once. Took 10+ minutes to get our drinks and the two apps which i dont think is a long time to wait... We took pics...
Read moreThis is one of the lesser known boba places but one of the best that I've ever been to. Their drinks are cheaper than other places ($3.75 milk teas compared to $4.25+ everywhere else), they also sell snacks like macrons and sandwiches, and their interior is absolutely beautiful. They do not have a public restroom.
To add boba it is $0.20. You have the option of choosing how sweet you want your drink (for chocolate milk tea it is either 50% or regular 100%). They have small, medium, and large options. Their smoothies have the most variety but those reach $4. They do not have Thai milk tea. Their macrons come in a bundle of 6 that cannot be switched out for other flavors (you get one of each: lemon, taro, chocolate, and others) for $9.95. They have WiFi (password: bubbletea). They also offered a birthday coupon where I can get 25% off on a certain day on milk tea, tea, and boba tea.
After getting my drink I was told to shake it to mix the flavoring. I'm not sure if they have any board games.
I got the chocolate milk tea with boba ($3.95). It didn't quite taste like just chocolate milk with boba. They add boba pearls and leche pearls with ice so the texture isn't all the same when you drink out of it. The boba and leche are unique to any other boba drink I've tried at any other location....
