As so many have stated before me, the establishment is cute. Floral decor, bright colors, clean. Customer service is good, had a great talk with irris last time i was in. They have a rewards program through clover, I did however have to ask about it rather than being told about it. I'm not sure if that was a "good" thing or a "bad" thing considering most places shove their programs down your throat 🤔lol I did try to go at around 3pm on a thrusday and they were closed. Their hours said open until 9. I went back about an hour later to see if may e it was a break time or something and still closed. I called the following day to make sure they were open before going there and had asked about them being closed and was informed they close "a little" early if business is slow. I then mentioned what time I went and was told that that particular employee didn't know why is was closed so early. They also did not have a sign distinguishing they were closed so it left some room for ambiguity. I would recommend the establishment get an open sign, closed sign, and a sign that states they have closed early due to slow business so their customers aren't left feeling confused. If the establishment does this I will change my rating to 5 stars. On a more positive note, the drinks themselves are great, my son has been adventurous and tried several different drinks, he does say they can be a little too sweet but that could be a great thing for people who enjoy sweet things! I however stick to the wintermelon drinks, all the boba is great so far. The staff let my husband try several different types and flavors of boba which was nice for him. He didn't have to blindly buy something he may or may not like. The price is about $9 after tax (without paying a tip), which is decent for what you get. I would like to see better reward offers for regular customers. I will definitely be back for a drink soon and often. Thank you all here at hype tea on 64th...
Read moreThere aren’t a lot of boba options in Arvada, so when this place opened I got really excited. I brought a large group of friends here to try it out for the first time a couple of weeks ago. The place is very cute and there are a lot of options. It’s very pricey, though. I paid $9 for a basic Thai tea with boba and light ice (including a small tip). Then I came today for a second time and they changed their policy to not allowing someone to order light ice in their drink. I told them that I was literally there 2 weeks ago and ordered light ice with no issues, but they said the policy changed. So here I am, introducing another friend to this place and we paid SEVENTEEN dollars for two drinks. My cup was literally half filled with ice and I couldn’t reach my boba with the straw by the time I finished the drink because of all the ice blocking the way. Seems like they just want to finesse people for their money and sell you a cup of ice with milk tea on the side for $9. I’m not usually one to write negative reviews, but I was pretty annoyed. I’m probably going to keep my business at...
Read moreThis is a GREAT boba tea shop. This was our first visit and we got the Carmel Black Milk Tea with brown sugar boba and a Wintermelon Refresher with Dragonfruit boba. Both were AMAZING!!! I love the coziness of the shop. They have seating with tables. They have games you can play. They also have a Tekken video game and two claw machines. The tokens for the machines are very reasonable. They also had snacks and also sold sandwiches and boa buns. The boa buns and sandwiches looked so good and we are definitely going to try the food at our next visit. It’s definitely a place I would recommend anyone to go to for a delicious boba tea and a fun time. We really enjoyed our visit and will be back soon! The gentleman working was so friendly and helpful with recommending the boba...
