Gen X — Local services in Arvada

This store advertises online and also has it posted on their front door that they are open until 8:00pm MST. On more than one occasion I have come to this Gen-X to find that they are close up to 30 minutes early. Today I arrived at 7:35pm MST and there was several employees including a security guard inside the store, the open sign was still on but they locked the door. Outside it was not just myself but five other potential customers at the door wondering why they are not able to purchase items from this store that advertises to be open. The security guy came to the window and just cut neck signal with his hand, he gave no explanation to the potential customers as to why the store was closed. THESE EMPLOYEES ARE LAZY AND COST THIS COMPANY SEVERAL CUSTOMERS, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS LOCATION! HOPEFULLY THE OWNERS WILL RESTAFF OR ENFORCE THEIR EMPLOYEES TO HAVE BETTER CUSTOMERS...

I went into this location on 1.30.2021 to purchase some clothing. All was well during the visit however I then received a notice from my bank stating they charged my account twice for $98.37. My financial institute advised me that I would need to dispute this with the company who charged me. I contacted GenX today and was told they can't do anything about it. I tried to explain that my bank states that the merchandiser is responsible for disputing this on their end since they are the ones who overcharged me. The lady wouldn't even let me speak. I will now dispute with my financial institute as a fraudulent charge. I use to love shopping at this location but when they won't even let you speak and tell you it's not their responsibility to fix it, I will not...

Used to love this store and was so happy when it moved closer to home. I've got at least 15 color choices if their sweatsuit. Well of recently u can only buy the sweatsuits in pairs so u can not mix and match sizes. My bottom half is a 2x and my top maybe a medium but they have literally made it impossible to do so by putting security tags to connect them. It's also very misleading this way because only one price tag is visible so it's the impression that the entire sweatsuit is the price of the top but when they take the security tag off at register, the second tag becomes visible. Manager rude and unable to take accountability for the misleading information. Will not be shopping here any...
