I called to check on prescription. She asked me to hold. I hold. Then she said that I don't have any medicine prescription and disconnected on me. I had to call again to see if they had the medicines. She did check demonstrating annoying sound's and says that she can't do it on the phone. I said that I would be there clarifying that I have eye infection and I just want to make sure they have the medicine. I arrived at the 64th location. There was slightly overweight women with blonde highlights on the phone. She ignores me for about 10 minutes. Although it was not clear what she was doing. Nobody else. I waited then after 8 minutes she said " I will be right there! She arrived after +5 min and I hand her my prescription and card. I asked how much would be the copy. She :" I don't know I told you that I can't do it!!" I said mam I called you like 15 minutes ago and you said that you had the medicines on stock. She started shouting/ screaming! "I told you you gotta sit and wait, while I refill the prescription!!! I said I am going to wait - but stop shouting, why are you shouting on me??? She said "well I do it because... I am sorry"! Her tone was not sorry she was angry at me! Having in mind my face look terrible because of a severe allergy reaction... She saw that I am impaired and decided to verbally abuse me- because she can!!! This medicine pick up was extremely traumatic. Owful. She didn't bring the medicine - she send an Asian woman instead, otherwise I would have written her name here. She wear glasses, about 5'4/5.7 approximately 160/170 pounds. Hair long up below shoulders. Blond highlights. Just owful. I feel hate, bullied, discrimination, not welcome, not valued. Just worse than a 🐶. I don't recommend this pharmacy...
Read moreI can't believe I gave this company one star because if I could, I'd rated it zero stars. If you ask the staff here to refill your non-narcotic meds, including receiving permission from the doctor to fill script they will still call you a drug-addict. I called in a early refill request because I was leaving the state on vacation. This is how you can expect to be treated at King Sooper Pharmacy. The pharmacy staff claimed I can pick it up in a few days and to wait. After explaining my situation, they claimed they needed to talk to my doctor and get permission to fill. Claiming I don't need my meds. Refused to hear me out. I'm then treated like and talked at like I'm a drug addict. Doctor approved and then they ended up filling the script anyways.
So, based on my conversation with the staff, I decided I didn't want to pick up my meds. I guess if I'm a drug addict and I have to have my meds then I couldn't wait longer than a week to pick them up.
Fast forward a week +. I'm back from vacation and the lame, disrespecting pharmacy staff say that they put this medication back on shelf and refuse to fill it. They claim to need to contact my doctor before filling it all over again. Even though they originally talked to my doctor and given permission to fill more than a week ago and I"m still being treated like a piece of **. I still have screen shots and text messages from the pharmacy stating my medication was ready to pickup.
I will never do business with King Soopers, I'm even transferring purchased stock (KR) to its competitors. This is how much I hate these people and...
Read moreThe staff is very rude here ive been going here because it's the most convenient and I live very close by. I've been going here for several years and the staff are very unfriendly here they treat you as if your try to pull one over on them all the time. God forbid someone make a mistake. They don't like doing there jobs for example they act rude if you call for any information about your prescriptions, or if you want to fill your prescriptions same day it's such a hassle. They say they open at 9 but I called and they hung up on me 3 times and then just left the phone off the hook after that. I want to give up on this pharmacy and move to a different one but at the moment that's not possible. It sucks.
Update. The staff are absolutely rude i had some women tell me that If Medicare won't pay, they wont fill the bottles, I told her that payment wasn't a problem, then she said " do you understand that you can't pay for your meds with a gift card!?" I asked her what she was talking about and that no said anything about "gift cards". I also told her that i was instructed to call by my dr to make shure they received the prescriptions and this women wouldn't tell me anything even after i gave her my info. Absolutely insulting. What are we trying to say here? I'm stuck going here because of conventionally but I'm done making post I'm going to...
