Absolutely disgusting and unsafe. We were a bit apprehensive when we arrived, due to the neighborhood being very ghetto. But we decided to give it a chance. The lobby and the staff were alright, but once we got on the elevator we immediately noticed issues. -The elevator was missing its arm rail, it was filthy, and it smelled like marijuana/other drugs.
We got to the third floor where our room was, and things just got worse. -There was a very sketchy person wandering up and down the hallway, smoking Marijuana. -Our room door wasn't latched properly -The room was awful -There was a strange smell in the room, and it was not a good one -The room did not match the listing photos at all, in the listing photos the rooms had nice, faux wood flooring throughout the room, and beautiful furniture, this room had cruddy old carpet, old, sticky laminate flooring in the kitchen area, old, damaged furniture, and other issues... -It appeared as if the previous guest had punched holes in the drywall. -There were strange marks all over the walls -The carpet looked like it was installed in 1970 and had not been shampooed since. The mattress was stained -There was hair on the sheets and blankets The furniture and AC unit were covered in old paint drips. -The bathroom door couldn't close Our shoes were sticking to the laminate floor of the kitchenette. -The pillows were so old they felt as if there were going to disintegrate in our hands The Fridge handles were covered in old food and crumbs -The door jams and trim were scuffed and horribly chipped -The smoke alarm appeared to be missing pieces -We had to very firmly press on the door to get it to latch, which raised serious concerns for our safety and the security of the door's locking mechanism
Overall, worst experience I have ever had, we didn't even bother asking for a different room because the entire building felt like a setup to get mugged. We left and went to Holiday Inn Express just down the road and we had a wonderful experience there!
Do not stay here unless you are comfortable sleeping with a baseball bat or other self defense tool in your hand, and if you don't mind filth everywhere. I don't know how this place is still...
Read moreI normally don’t like to write a bad review but due to how I got treated after I explained to the lady on the front over the phone my experience on July 6 2025 at 10:01am she was really rude. When I mentioned to her I was going to stay there for a week but changed my mind because of the room odor she did not care nor tried giving me option but to check out. When I first checked in I got two rooms the first room had a really bad smell of pee the second one strong smell of cigarette which we never requested a smoke room. Then I brought it up to the front desk and she made a comment and got bugged. I was tired and just wanted to have a good rest. Then she gave me another room which also smelled strong like feet. Front desk mentioned that was my only option. Then I sprayed all the room so the smell could go away since it was really late. When I woke up there was roaches near my bed! At 10:01am july 6 I called the front desk and explained to her what happened to me and she gave me the worst attitude which she refused to give me her name and hanged up. I was not rude and was just letting her know my experience so others won’t have without everyone knowing. I have stayed in many hotels do to my job and this is the first time I have ever given review and that was due to front desk nasty odor and the roaches. BTW we are a new company in Denver and we were looking for a decent hotel to place about 10 plus drivers. Which we had already started with 2 rooms for 1 week but after the service I got I would not recommend to even put a foot inside of that place unless you like BUGS and won’t mind the smell. To be specific the rooms were 200,...
Read moreEven though the outside of the hotel looked nice there were many what appeared to be homeless people wandering around in the parking lot. We were cat called when we got out of the vehicle. There was a man having an argument with an invisible person in the parking lot. The front desk person was very kind and very professional. When we got to our floor, the carpets had many stains and the smell of marijuana was very pronounced. Granted, I know we’re in Colorado! When we got to our rooms, they were a bit rundown. However, the bed linens were clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchenette was nice however there was no utility in the cabinets that you would be able to use the kitchenette unless you had your own! The walls in the bathroom could have really used a coat of paint. The TV had very poor quality picture on it. And the TV stand had pipe burn holes on it. From what we’re assuming our drug pipes at some point. There apparently are a lot of people living at this facility long-term and they were fixing bicycles in the hallway people were having arguments all throughout the night doors were open and closing all night long and in the morning the man was still out in the parking lot, having a very heated argument with an invisible person. The staff was nice. The location didn’t make me feel uncomfortable, but it seems to me that maybe we’re housing some overflow homeless or helping people get on their feet. And it did feel a bit unsafe and unclean. We will not go back. We would not recommend this hotel to any of...
