If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would! Every time I go to the 64th and sheridan taco bell location I usually have to wait around 30mins +. Honestly this location should be shut down due to horrible customer service, and management. Ive went back because it’s the closest one to where I live in hopes that the service would change for the better. Unfortunately the manager of the taco bell is very rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Today I went to sit in the line for 40 mins straight, when it was my turn to order I was completely ignored until I spoke and asked “are you guys open” the managers response was yes we are but your going to have to wait. So I waited another 10 minutes and asked how much longer is the wait. The manager then told me they were only accepting mobile orders. Which was complete bs because the gentleman in front of me had just placed a order after waiting about 20 mins to be acknowledged as well. I’ve never been somewhere with such terrible customer service. They couldn’t even acknowledge anyone and I’m honestly shocked they’re still employed, especially the manager. I then told the manager that was very unprofessional that he couldn’t let me know right away without having to ask to find out. At least close the drive-thru line if it’s only mobile orders. He then started yelling at me to the point where I couldn’t hear myself so I drove off. I will never give that taco bell my service and I wouldn’t trust them with my food either way. We got our order and checked it driving back home and turned around because they forgot the two soft tacos so my husband went back threw the drive threw and went to the window explaining to the male worker and he asked for the receipt we didn't have it, we had the other food in the bag, he said he couldn't do nothing without the receipt he said he didn't see us go threw the drive threw, my husband came back to the car as we were looking for the receipt didnt find it so i told him well we still have the other food in the bag bring it to him so he knows we did order and thats tje only thing that is missing was the two soft tacos, so my husband asked for the lady that had took our order and he said she wasn't there. Read moreI’m doing a DoorDash order and I just wanted to know the estimated time for getting the order so I can be as fast as possible so I can make the most amount of money as possible. the larger Hispanic gentleman would not acknowledge me at first when I finally got his attention, I asked him how long the wait would be, at this point, It was already 10 minutes past the pick up by time And he was short and snotty with me and did not want to answer My question. He said he’s working on it, and it’s a two-man crew. I told him I understand that but my time and my ratings and my money depends on how long I wait if you could just kindly give me a time , he gives me a very unreliable and reluctant “5 minutes” while holding up his fingers and in a huff as if I had asked for the moon asks me “is that OK?” No sir it is not OK. Your customer is my customer and we need to communicate with each other to serve them as best as possible. My note to the manager is also perhaps do not try to overwork your crew.
