Went to 2 stores looking for a specific item. Floor models were not charged and none of the staff encountered offered a solution. Makes it a challenge to figure out what you want. Made the mistake of taking the clerk's word for a product: FYI the Le Wand travel size is NOT EVEN CLOSE to its plug in counter part. So now I have a $170 neck massager. Arvada location has terrible customer service and the manager is rude. I was in the store for over 45 minutes with no acknowledgement. Made a full loop ( it is a small store.) Had over $100 worth of merchandise in my arms. I went to the register and no one offered assistance. I asked a question after hunting an associate down. She obviously had no idea how plus sizes work. She said under her breath - ha- loud enough for me to hear- "rude." I called her on it. I was in the store long enough to hear her staff direction for the evening: what their sales goal was, what their business velocity was projected for the next few hours. I heard them shout greetings to everyone who walked thru the doors, heard a male staffer have a conversation with a customer about his tee shirt, as well as interactions with other customers. The music was off when I first entered the store. When they put the music back on, the lyrics were heavy on the N word. I asked for the District Manager's number. She gave me a Phoenix number for Apple distributions. I have called and left messages at the Phoenix number as well as with customer service. I have not heard back. As much as I am committed to shopping locally, I will go back to the great service i get from GoodVibrations...

Especially if you are experiencing things for the first time. I ask LOTS of questions. Cherisse was very helpful and informative. Jeanelle was helping others check out at the time, but was available to help answer with perspective, induviduallity and understanding.They both were very lovely, patient, and educational. I was very pleased. I personally am very bad with names. I called the store number to make sure credit and good work was recognized. I recommend them both but I forget names. I spoke to Mars on the phone. Absolutely was a joy! More of my questions were answered with positivity, understanding, and genuine care. Today in Arvada had some excellent customer service and will come back again! I will bring...
Read moreI loved this place but recently I hate it. I used to go in and leave with 3-4 pieces of lingerie however recently there have been limited sizes. The 1x and 2x sizes are non existent it’s all xs, s, or medium and even those options are extremely limited. I also don’t understand the direction the store is going… where there used to be a ton of lingerie in the corner was replaced by shape wear and skin colored underwear… this is an “adult store” not JC Pennys. I would like to see more lingerie and less sweatpants. If I need sweatpants or lounge wear the last place I would go is the “adult store”. Half the store is sweatpants and active wear. I’m so sad too because this used to be the place to get lingerie but now it’s turning into a retail clothing store with some vibrators...
