Jeremy the manager should be immediately fired.
I came today on the way home from school with my kid. 35 minutes later we left. I called the store and "Jeremy the manager" gave me more attitude than a sassy teenager. Completely and utterly disrespectful and unprofessional! I am appalled that this is your choice for a management position!
The drive thru was packed just before 4pm today, Friday 10-5-18. I have been coming to this location for years as it's near my home. My child cannot eat meat. Queue today's disaster:
First attempt, I ordered a cheeseburger with no meat and no condiments as I always do. This has been the most successful way to order in the past. I received cheese & meat.
Second attempt, I tried to explain at the ordering kiosk that my order was wrong in hopes they would have a corrected order for me when I arrived. It was so busy that I was unable to pull completely forward and the gentleman on the other end had no idea what he was doing. He asked me to just pull forward. I received ONLY a bun. No cheese.
Third attempt, I reversed back to the window. I was NOT waiting in a line again. We received cheese on the bun. It was not melted and the bun tasted like meat. Inedible. Straight in the garbage.
Let me tell you, there is a blonde woman that is almost always working the cashier window. She is phenomenal! Best employee that you staff hands-down! I want to give her a glowing recommendation.
I called the store and "Jeremy the manager" answered. I am using quotations as he did not want to give me his name. He was instantly rude before the conversation even started. I then asked the name of the woman working the first window. And he proceeded to be rude. He wasn't going to tell me. Even after I told him that she was phenomenal and I was hoping to speak to the owners. I am beyond angry! I left my name and number for the owners. It won't get to them. I asked Jeremy to read it back to me twice and he didn't get it either time.
I wanted to commend an impressive employee DESPITE having a HORRENDOUS experience! I still paid for a meal we didn't receive! And I am treated with the absolute worst attitude imaginable! 6 years and this is the way you show your customers respect and appreciation? You should be embarrassed!
Bun+cheese=should be impossible to mess up!
Please have cashier teach your "management" how to...
Read moreTo clarify, this comment is regarding incidents that occurred prior to our most recent visit.
Usually our experiences with McDonald's drive thru service have been efficient and excellent, so perhaps the person taking drive thru orders that evening was merely experience an "off" night. (We believe in being fair to everyone, despite the situation.)
This particular location has two drive thru lanes. We pulled into the second lane, as a customer was already in the first one. The other person placed their order and drove off, so we expected to be served next. We then waited. And waited. And waited some more. We were shocked when another customer pulled into the other lane and was immediately helped while we were completely ignored. Then another customer pulled up, and was again serviced while we still waited. Then another. Then yet another.
Finally after FOUR CUSTOMERS placed their orders ahead of us, we heard the order taker talk on our speaker, saying, "Oh! You're still there? Sorry 'bout that!" She then proceeded to take our order. We pulled forward, paid for and picked up our order, and parked nearby. That is when we discovered that we had received absolutely NOTHING we ordered (unless, of course, Chicken McNuggets have suddenly taken the shape, texture and flavor of a Big Mac, and a regular Coke with extra ice is now sweet iced tea). We were in a hurry, and therefore unable to go in to the restaurant to exchange for our correct order.
Again, we understand that mistakes happen. We are sincerely hopeful that the McDonald's managers will mention this comment to their employees, and emphasize to them the importance of (1) being aware of all customers in their drive thru lanes; and (2) ensuring the accuracy of orders.
We still enjoy coming to McDonalds, so the above incident isn't a "game changer" for us. We sincerely hope our concerns will be addressed and used for training. Thank you...
Read moreI ordered through the McDonald’s app and went to the store when I got there and employee informed me that they could not complete any other order except door Dash orders I let them know that I had ordered online the employee stated that they were going through a “reset” and that they could not process my order I explained that I had been charged through the app for my order and either needed a refund or my order the employee stated that he did not know how to do that and could not do that. A second employee approached me and advised me that they were going through a system reset and that they did not except any orders I explained that I had already paid for my order and he stated that he did not know what to do and could not provide me with a refund I asked him if he could provide me with my food and he said no they could not cook I asked to see a manager and the employee told me he was too busy to speak with me to “count a drawer”. After a min a manager came to the window And stated they were doing a reset, I told him I understood But because I had been charged I either need a refund or I need a Refund or my order made the manager visibly huffed and said fine give me a minute. After about 15 minutes they emerged with my food.
I asked if they were open at this time or was this an error and I should not have been able to order. The manager said he didn’t know and...
