Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Arvada

I had my worst experience last night at this location for Papa Murphy's. I called in my order and they told me it was going to be a 45min wait which I understood because there was a Bronco game last night. I got there in the 45mins they told me but didn’t receive my pizza until an hour later while everyone that walked in got their pizza's just like that. There was a few customers like myself that had called in orders that had to wait ridiculous times while once again the walk in people got theirs right away. Why have a call in system if you still wait and wait even longer then the walk in customers? One customer called in his order at 1pm to be ready by 5pm he got his just before I did at 7pm. He complained to the so called manager there that was just a kid and wouldn’t even reimburse him or give him something to compensate the mess up. One of the co-workers had to step up to explain their procedures which obviously upset the man even more. Once they made his pizza they literally threw it at him he was raging pissed. We called in an order for a large Hog Heaven Pizza last night 12/6/22. The pizza was tasteless and we will never order another one like it. While waiting in line for the pizza, I noticed the people preparing the pizzas were no longer using measuring devices. They were using handfulls. They reached into the bins with their hands. Some use one hand and sometimes two hands. They were slopping the ingredients onto the pizzas and spreading them around in a way that threw some of the toppings onto the counter and they even rolled out from under the counter onto the floor where people were lined up to buy their pizzas. Periodically someone would come by and wipe the excess ingredients from the counter into a trash can. At one point I witnessed a worker throwing enough ingredients into the trash to make another 4 or 5 pizzas from them. So wasteful, while a woman sat on the bench outside the store with a sign begging for help. The whole scene was disgusting. DO NOT COME HERE!!! STAFF ARE CRAP!!! NO ONE CARES ABOUT YOU!!! The "manager" is a crap person. I came in after placing a pick up order. I was told on the site 6:30pm for pick up time I show up 4 minutes early at 6:26pm. The manager catches an attitude with me because its 4 pizzas and 30 minutes isnt enough time to make 4 pizzas!?!?! Slamming my pizzas down on the counter and saying "your order is done" and walking away is not okay. I will never be back to this location and will be doing an edit of this review once I find out names. The employees have headphones in their ears and dont even great you when you walk in. On top of all this their entire lobby is trashed. This is CRAP treatment. I will be putting in a complaint to upper management as well. Keep im mind my pick up order was paid for in advance and I was only 4 minutes early. I was willing to wait the 10 extra minutes if they needed extra time. But me having to sit and wait an addition 45 minutes irs CRAP . 4 pizzas and cheesy bread shouldn't take over an hour to make. I will be contacting someone above in the food chain. DO NOT...
