I've got to say, I'm extremely impressed. I had a malt cold brew and it was incredible. Tasted similar to a New Orleans blend. Don't get me wrong, the coffee is why I walked through the door but that wasn't the best part of the experience. The staff was very welcoming. They were perfectly happy explaining the menu items to me. A lot of the better coffee shops have that "secret spot" feel that can turn off a casual visitor. This place has that feel but still manages to make you feel welcome as a new comer. I would have to consider this up there with Rook as some of the eBay...

The girl who took my order just was not friendly. My honey lavender latte with oat milk was not good and it was room temperature. It was my bad for not noticing it was an everything roll which I didn’t like. I got a just egg sandwich with bacon and regular cheese. I sat outside to wait for my sandwich and they brought the other two peoples orders outside to them but I had to go back inside to retrieve mine. Every single time I go to Asbury Park beach I stop here before I head home (which is over an hour north) to get a cup for the drive. I don’t get anything fancy. I drink my coffee black with a dash of cinnamon. I’m very picky about what I consider a good cup of coffee. Well this place it a cut above.
