I love this place and the food that it brings to Asheboro. We visit regularly, even during the smoldering heat with no AC. The past few visits have been very disappointing due to EXTREMELY RUDE employees. Granted, most of these employees are teenagers, but they should be thankful for the business and not treat the customers like they are being inconvenienced by making their orders. Today we were meet with a very obvious eye roll where the employee proceeded to turn around and openly talk about us to another employee and then laugh. It was very disrespectful, especially since we visit there several times a week. The past two visits have been especially disappointing because the boba tea that we regularly order (in the exact same flavor) has had a strange chemical taste, almost as if they made it wrong on purpose. I hope the owners take the time to speak with their employees about this problem. I would hate for them to start losing business over something...

I have always been a fan of thai and asian cuisine. In my search to find a spot that serves boba in this area sans the judgemental glares of snotty college kids who jumped on the boba train within the last couple of years, I found here. Bangkok Street Fare offers a plethora of menu items to fit the needs of anyone and everyone. From the rolled iced cream to the tom yum, I haven't been served an item that disappoints. My staple food item is the sticky rice of which they are always happily willing to accommodate my unfortunate allergy to mangos with strawberries, kiwis or even coconut. All the employees are extremely lively, helpful and beyond nice, the prices are fair and if you can pop in during a time where there's not a million kids running around like indecisive animals, it's a great place to chill....
