I've always loved to shop here and have recommended to others. Every experience had been great except for one. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I had wanted to purchase a two piece outfit but the pants weren't with it, I found the pants further down in the box though. I also seen the same outfit in the next size up, same thing, pants missing but were found in the box. When I went to go pay for the outfit they told me they would have to charge me separately as they weren't attached. Even with explaining and showing they were the pants that are shown on the picture for the set, I was still told I would have to pay separately. As much as I wanted the outfit I didn't get it because I didn't think it was right to have to pay twice for a 2 piece set. The picture on the front showed exactly what the outfit was. It just bothered me that each set I found would have the pants pulled from the set ultimately giving whomever bought it an incomplete set or having to pay separately to get the intended full set. If it had only been that one, I don't think it would have bothered me as much but it wasn't and it just felt like a rip off and I hate to say that I truly hope that this isn't something that often occurs. I went there today with my 5 yr old son he had to go to the bathroom. I'm 4 months pregnant I also had to go to the bathroom. I asked the lady at the register if she minds if we use the rest room that my son was about have an accident on himself. As the lady was feeding her face and responded back to me with food in her mouth and said we couldnot use the bathroom. To go nextdoor. Well my son peed allover himself before we could get there. From what I understand to this place is a Christian place. WOW I understand that they will not allow the public to use the bathroom but a child that is about to pee all over himself...

We just stopped by this past Saturday and my husband was told he could not use the restroom and to go next door. We were actually shopping and not just walking in off the streets to use a "public restroom." This did not sit well with us so we left. I would highly recommend you have a restroom your customers can use even if you have to fix something...assuming something is wrong with the toilet or something. Telling customers to go next door is not professional and makes you look disrespectful in my opinion...I also see in previous reviews this was a problem a year ago and obviously...
