My reason for 1 star is because of the quote I was given for a replacement screen for my Samsung A51 . 100$ BEFORE TAXES. I'm from Ga here visiting and busted my phone pretty bad . In Ga 50 $ after taxes about any where you go.to replacement screen My point is what kinda magic are you using that for that different 270 miles away . Carolnians your getting screwed. The Gentleman that answered was very professional and did his part but could not explain why such a huge difference. And another REPAIR CELL PHONE store told me before he gave me a quote I explained to him before he gave me a price BEWARE I already know roughly what it cost .. and his answer when I ask why so high what the hell is so different his response was we don't do that any more your a CELL PHONE REPAIR SHOP . My wife has a fairly new Galaxy s10+ that we thought had a broken screen. We went to 4G Fixit to get an estimate on a screen replacement. The technician Kevin examined the phone and found that a clear film from the factory was attached and gave the effect the screen had been damaged. After the film was removed we had Kevin install a screen protector which comes with a warranty. I really appreciate the honesty and professional service from 4G Fixit. I’m giving it a 5 star because everything was fast and simple great discount, took about 30 minutes to replace my screen. I will be coming back to review if anything start to bug out but it’s looking great so far.
