I really didn't want to have to do this but, this is my experience While everyone is very nice, the owner is nice and I did get my money back so I appreciate that very much. I brought my Xbox Series S in to be re puttied/pasted after I took it apart to clean it (infestation previously), after claiming to be repasted but not reputtied since it "didn't need it" (it was separated btw lol) and stripped another screw out (one was already gone but it's obvious they used an electric ratchet/screwdriver to take apart) they told me it was an airhole lol anyways I just took it apart to re putty it because I just ordered it and waited for it to be shipped since they never called me back like I was told they would two weeks ago, one of the cpu screws was also left loose and I told them about that as well + showed them. Anyways it wasn't repasted because I see the same factory bone dry thermal paste that I saw when I took it apart to clean it before I brought it. I am extremely disappointed and as sweet as everyone is including the owner I am probably not going to be returning. On good note tho my husband's series x he purchased from here is still working amazingly, I just do not trust you guys repair person anymore, especially since the stripped screw was on the power supply and caused one of the case screws holder to...
Read moreHands down, the friendliest store I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed like family. This place isn’t just a game shop. it’s a community, and one of the most genuine ones I’ve ever had the pleasure of being part of. You can hope for this kind of atmosphere at other shops, but these guys truly deliver. They offer a fantastic selection of games and consistently host events to support those games. Personally, I go here for HeroClix, but I’ve found myself getting excited about jumping back into One Piece, Pokémon, and even Magic — and that’s all because of the trust and comfort this place inspires. There’s no pressure to “fit in” or act a certain way. Socializing here is easy and natural. it really feels like an all-inclusive club where everyone is welcome and valued. It’s not overrun by money-hungry attitudes. good people, great games, and a relaxed, fun atmosphere. Words honestly don’t do it justice. My advice? Stop in and see for yourself, or even just give them a call and ask if they host your favorite game. That’s how it started for me. Bonus: There’s even a thrift store next door, which my fiancée loves — perfect if you bring a friend who enjoys browsing while you play. Oh, and don’t miss their collection of classic and arcade games too! Highly,...
Read moreDon't sell, they down play, don't buy, they up charge insanely. My swindled experience is with cards, but this could go for anything. Every hobby store goes by or should go by tcgplayer market price in this case, and typically every store would give about 50% of the price is as either cash or more as in store credit. I played off my selling experience but really shouldn't of. I was told by an employee how the process works for trade ins. It's not market price it's what the lowest sold version of a card is!? So a $10 card should be given $5 but because someone on tcgplayer randomly sold one for$2 I get $1. But of course rapture will sell it for its market price right? Nope. The highest sold unless you're me pulling tcgplayer up to the employees going woah woah no that isn't right. I tried to buy a $3 card and was going to be charged $6. Why? Told by the store owner himself that if I bought it off tcgplayer I'd be charged 1.25 or more for shipping which would make the card about 5 and then there is an extra dollar for them. This is every single card! So after an hour of going through bulk rares which should of been at most $20-$30 they were gonna charge $80!!! If you want fair prices for cards go to kit Kringle or gaming underground or basically anywhere else. No one...
