I have not dined at a burger king in years. Today I decided to give it a try. I had the original chicken sandwich meal. The food was hot and actually had some flavor. The drive through was backed up. After setting in the drive through for over 10 minutes without moving I decided to go inside to place my order. Actually I was going to drive off when I seen an elderly employee walking across the parking lot carrying an old thermos. that was my deciding factor on going inside to place my order because I had to meet this gentleman. my father carried a thermos to work everyday for over 60 some years and he passed away a few years back. when I seen this gentleman going into work carrying a thermos it reminded me of my father. I went inside and introduce myself and explain to the gentleman why I was approaching him and told him how much it meant to me to see someone carrying a thermos.... that it brought back fond memories for me. The gentleman is named Clyde Spencer and I can foresee I'm going to become a customer more often at this Burger King for the simple fact that Clyde is there.... Customer service comes in different forms.... When someone can make your heart smile there's nothing that can...
Read moreLet me start off by saying , Burger King you have taken the fast out of fast food. I pulled up and saw about 5 people in the drive thru so I'm thinking go inside it should be quicker. Well it wasn't. I actually dozed off a couple times. No lie. I ordered and finally just sat down in disbelief and disgust. Now I know times are changing but is it too much to ask for people to actually do some work while they are at work. The kitchen staff leaned on the counters in back and had there arms crossed while the cashier's asked for the food for the orders and giggles and leaning was the only reply I saw. I did spot a manager once like an almost extinct animal. That fleeting glance at least made mister and miss lazy stir for a second while the three people with me in the dining room sat and tried not to be irritated by a squealing soft drink machine and trash that littered the floor and tables. . Burger King you wonder why McDonald is Numero uno. Just go and order for yourself. Wade through trash and faulty equipment to a wait that would make Rumpelstiltskin proud. There could be...

On July 25, I ordered my son a Bacon King with no mayonnaise (on the app). I had my daughter pick up the order and take it to his work. When he was finally able to eat it, he was dismayed to find a ton of mayonnaise on it. He tried wiping it off and even threw away the bun, but it was still too gross to eat. He tossed the whole thing. I reached out via the app to ask for a correct burger and was offered a $5 credit. I explained that the burger I paid for was more than that and I just wanted the burger I had ordered. The representative (Jessica “) refused this and did not even apply the $5 towards a new burger. My point is, don’t have a slogan you don’t stand behind. This location has frequently messed up orders, but this was really bad because my son had no lunch that day and I still have a bad taste in my mouth over a month later when I...
