Now I know this wasnt theit fault, however they could have handled it better. First, we get there and the power goes out. So we are asked to wait. We sat in the drive through for well over ten minutes, with the sun blistering down on us. I have no ac and we were getting really hot. So I decided to go in and wait. When I got inside this is what I found. The manager was MIA, and the workers were scrambling around the kitchen and behind the counter like ants lost behind a fallen leaf. The didnt know how to recover their computers, when the manager finally mad an appearance, they were as clueless as the workers. While they were trying so hard to take an order I just couldnt bare it anymore. I quickly realized it would probably be a good 20 minutes more before they started taking orders again, and then another 20mins for them to take and clear out all the waiting customers. They didnt even offer anyone a free drink or anything for the long wait. So, I left and went to another McDonald's. I wasnt going to waist half my day on a few $1 items. Now the place was clean, and they were fairly pleasant. However, I didnt get to taste their food. More so, I was there for the Tea, and didnt get a drop, and was clearly over heated from the hot day. That is why I only gave them three stars. Managers need to know what they are doing rather than running around with the workers going "I dont know what to do. What's wrong with this?" I blame upper management for not properly training...
Read moreFor starters this isn’t an out of the ordinary experience from this restaurant, this happens all the time. I ordered a simple order (dinner box & a frappe) I get my drink then told to pull up. I ended up waiting THIRTY MINUTES in total. But not before they tried to give me old food and expected me to be happy with delivering my partner a melted frappe. They remade the food and the frappe (or so they said, the frappe was melted as can be for a “fresh” frappe) but honestly what do you expect. Under motivated and selfish employees that can’t do a single job correctly. Also why the order taker ask me what sauce I wanted THREE SEPARATE times just to forget it? I have had nothing but issue and issue from this restaurant the managers need to take note and seriously do better. Then we needed a quick breakfast so what do we do? We get charged for two bagels and two hashbrowns. Get told at the window that we are going to get a refund. Of course that was a lie, there was no refund. Read moreNot professional. We ordered two crispy chicken sandwiches...we got a small piece of chicken on a bun (see pic)...NOTHING else...my friend did get one small pickle on his, I got nothing. When I asked I was told it comes with nothing, I said what about pickles, replied with "oh yeah pickles" (guy in a collared dark red shirt, maybe manager??) He asked me to see it, I'll get them to make you another one...I took the one I had and went back to my seat to eat with my friend...never saw another one. I hate to complain over pickles...but at $3.59 for that sandwich... that's some expensive pickles....so guess what happened the first bite..yep, pure gristle, fat chewy corpuscles...if I wasn't so hungry I would've trashed it. LOOK AT THE PIC...NOT WORTH THE MONEY....can't even compare to Bojangles or KFC.
