I hate to do this because I have ordered from medos for probably 4 years at this point but I've kinda reached my breaking point with the place. The first 2 years I ordered with them I never had any problems, wings were always good and service was always fine, but for the last year or 2 it's always been a 50/50 shot of if my order was going to be correct or if someone working there was gonna be rude. Pretty much every time I call in the (usually) younger woman answering phones is really short and seems angry at you for even calling. I've brushed it off as the fact I unfortunately maybe called while they were busy or maybe she was having a bad day, which I understand and wont hold against a place. But last night I called to order my usual 10 wings, hot with extra hot sauce on the side, same girl who usually answers phones answers and tells me to hold. Cool, it was like 8 on Friday night, probably busy. She sits the phone down and I listen to her finish taking an order for a pizza. Then continue to listen while people in the background talk about the fact someone wouldnt date one of the guys that work there. Also cool, work gets boring if you cant have fun with the folks you work with. About 5 minutes pass, someone picked up the phone says "Hello?" I answer and she tells me to hold on. Ok, I guess I'll keep waiting. About 2 more minutes pass and someone else picks up "Thank you for calling medos, please hold." I say excuse me because at this point I've been holding for about 7 or 8 minutes, person puts the phone down, maybe didnt hear me, maybe they dis and just didnt care. Finally around the 10 minute mark a guy picks up and says "Thank you for calling medos, could you please hold." And then I hear him asking where someone is. Finally at 11 minutes and like 13 seconds the original girl picks up, she already sounds pissed. I said "Yeah, I've been on hold for like 11 minutes and I've had 3 different people pick up and tell me to hold." I'm not really even angry at this point, just wanted to order and make them aware of the fact the phone had just been sitting there while they did whatever. The girl goes "Uh, ok so do you want your order taken?" In a really hateful way like she couldn't care less about the fact I just wanted some food and had been waiting to even order for 11 minutes while listening to her take 2 different orders while the phone just sat on the counter. I'm pissed off at this point because that's just unnessasary. I wasnt expecting free food or some giant show of something, a simple "Oh, I'm sorry, what can I get you?" would have totally melted my annoyance since at least they apologized, but nope. Just rudeness. Sorry Medos, I've defended this place for like 2 years now from friends, on facebook posts, and to family because I really do love those wings, and maybe I'll order again in the distant future if the service gets better.    Read more*BEFORE YOU MAKE THE DECISION TO EAT HERE, PLEASE READ. * I stopped going to Medos all together, my family and i went one day and were told that one of the main ovens which was the largest oven was broken, well we asked if the food was going to take a while to cook since we had a toddler with us and we were told that they had another oven and it would take 15 minutes to make our food since we didn't order anything 'large' well, my family and I were waiting 45 minutes for our food and when we brought it up to the server, the server got the owners wife and she came out and started getting horrible snappy with us and said "you can just leave then" even though I was trying to explain our frustration, well, she ended up starting a verbal fight with me. I'm Hispanic and I was told that the owner (the husband) was also Hispanic from the servers themselves. I said that I wanted to speak to the owner and a boy came around the corner and said "you can talk to me" and I said "I thought the owner was Hispanic" well needless to say, the owners wife came back around the corner and said "so what" about her husband being Hispanic and she damn near jumped the counter and tried to fight me while calling me a racist (though IM Hispanic LOL) The husband (the owner) finally came around and was trying to calm his wife down and when i got loud back with her and matched her energy she started to hide behind her husband and her husband was apologizing constantly and said it was completely his wife's fault and was explaining to her that there was absolutely nothing wrong with what I said, he straight up told her that she needed to chill out and kept apologizing to me for her behavior. Well, long story short, we never went back and that was over a year ago. Understand, I heard plenty of bad stories about Medos before giving it a chance but, i'm the type of person that needs to figure out for myself. This wasn't the first time we've had a problem with Medos food or even the length of time It took for our food, but when we did have a problem, they would remake our food for us and try to fix their mistakes. My family and I didn't want to pay the price of an Italian restaurant so this was a decently inexpensive option. Though it's a cute layout and nice decorations, once you walk in, you will realize that It's almost always empty and I see why. Your better off eating at the zoo. Take...

I called and repeated my phone number, order, and order confirmation to the guy on the phone at least 2-3 times. The delivery driver could not find his way to my apartment (couldnât read apartment numbers in the hall). After calling and shouting over me while I was trying to give him instruction, putting me on hold while speaking to someone else (directly into the phone speaker), I had to leave my child in the bathtub and go searching for him. When I found him, he didnât have a pen and insisted I go to his car (in the pouring rain) to sign the receipt. I refused and told him to follow me back to my apartment (again, I had a child in the tub and this is DELIVERY). I ordered a sub, and a childâs spaghetti with meat sauce (repeated meat sauce THREE TIMES). No meat sauce. What little tomato sauce was on the spaghetti was completely spilled out into the paper bag. My sub was NOT WHAT I ORDERED.
I called to resolve the issue and I was put on hold TWICE and hung up on TWICE. When I called back the 3rd time, the associate was calling the owner (MEDO) and relaying his messages to me (I also overheard them discussing the schedule and hiring a new delivery driver while I sat on hold). There was apparently no decision-making management on duty. After all this, I was told they would re-make my order and re-deliver it to me but the incorrect food they brought me MUST be UNTOUCHED. Apparently, they would re-sell the food they sent me. It was 7:00 and my 4 year old goes to bed at 8, so I wasnât going to wait up for the delivery driver that got lost in the hall to delivery food that I originally ordered 2 hours prior. When I demanded they refund the âspaghettiâ that was literally PLAIN NOODLES. She relayed that THE OWNER (MEDO) said they only way I could get a refund was if I packed up the incorrect food UNTOUCHED â MUST BE UNTOUCHED, drive to MEDOâS in the pouring rain (even though I ordered delivery), and RETURN the incorrect order.
