I just came with my wife, not going to lie but we come here because of the great Christian atmosphere and service that we have always gotten and chick fill a is famous for on top of the quality of food, however this location was the complete opposite, since we came in the atmosphere was very chaotic we got in line and were literally next , and when the costumer in front of us was done placing their order we just stood there waiting for the cashier JULIA to let us know it was ok to come up to placed ours, after a lot of minutes the one standing behind us even said are you ready to order, and we were like yes we have been but we aren’t sure if the cashier is, she hasn’t called us up, to what Julia clearly hearing this proceed to ignore us, till one of her colleagues told her , you need to say can i help who’s next raising your hand 🖐️, after this JULIA still took a minute or two and finally proceeded to say the line: can i help who’s next while looking at the lady behind us, at this point we decided to walk up to her giving her grace, but she wasn’t listening to what my wife was ordering and keep taking out order wrong and with the same attitude the entire time, to which we continue to give her grace, and once our order was finally made correct we stepped to the side to wait for our drinks, she was quick putting my drink together and handed it to me, but she never put together my wife’s, so my wife proceeded to go pick a table and my server came out with my food try and said i can take it to your table for you, but I informed her i was there still waiting for my wife’s drink, so this server with my food try that was a different server than the cashier Julia, it was this other server that finally put together my wife’s drink, and while we tried to enjoy our meal as best as we could at this point the whole experience was spoiled, while there we noticed that most of the staff were young girls in her teens, with the same attitude and only a few of them were actually providing good quality services, and that was changing the atmosphere of the restaurant experience entirely, which is sad because that is what Chick-Fill-A is...
Read moreI just had the worst experience at the Chil-Fil-A on Brevard Road. I ordered and received my food with no problem. As I was leaving, I stopped at the end of the counter and removed the lid to my tea so I could get a refill. The two young girls (one pale blonde and one darker skinned brunette) turned to look me directly in the eye and then turned to continue their conversation.
As I waited for them to refill my drink, the brunette literally leaned against the counter (again looking me directly in the eyes) and continued their conversation.
I finally just went behind the counter and got my own refill. I said “don’t worry, I’ll get my own refill. You two continue your conversation.” I guess to get their attention I should stand on my head and make animal noises!
I was the only person in the ENTIRE restaurant!!!
I called back to get the GM’s number, but the lady that answered said they only had corporate’s number. She said she would have a “conversation” with the ladies about being aware of their surroundings. I told her they looked me directly in the eyes, how could they not see me?
Grayson needs to “coach” all of his employees on good customer service, attentiveness and not to lean on counters like some lazy person that hates their job.
I see from the other reviews listed, that I am not the only person experiencing bad customer service from this location. I also notice that no one from this location has bothered to respond to any of the reviews (good or bad).
That says something bad about this location and the managers that work there. Save yourself some time and visit...
Read moreBlown away (in a bad way) How do you have a horrible experience at chick-fil-a? You go to this location. $7.80 should get you a decent breakfast especially at a fast food joint but sadly it didn’t happen here. This is hands down the WORST experience I’ve ever had at Chick-Fila-A. The biscuit was small and the bottom half you could have thrown it at a window and shatter the glass. The tater tots were over cooked and cold and the coffee was nasty and they didn’t even put in the cream and sugar which they do so well at McDonalds (plus McDonalds stirs it). To top all this off I waited about 5-10minutes to get the meal that was INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTING and it was only me and 1 other person that ordered. Some people were sitting at there tables still not served their food. Confused, disappointed, and disgusted I will NEVER return to this location again. I will check my food from now on if I ever eat at Chick-Fil-A again. This location may reflect some bad management and/or owners. Do...
