Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Asheville

I waited till the holidays was over and I got back home to write this review, so I ordered the sandwich box for my Christmas party. Because I eat at Jersey mikes all the time. But I was very disappointed in my last order for my Christmas party, and it was also embarrassing to hear my guess talk bad about the sandwiches I just picked up and brought home to my guess. Normally I love Jersey mikes but after paying over $80+ dollars for these sandwiches and I was excited to get these home and eating them with my guess. I noticed and my guess noticed how hard the bread was. I mean either they made my sandwiches a day in advanced and stuck them in the cooler to keep over night, or they just decided to use old bread for my order. Either way not only was my guess was disappointed in these sandwiches but so was I… if people spend there hard earned money on sandwiches, I think they should make sure all sandwich bread are fresh. That’s what we pay for….I’m giving you two stars because I truly did enjoy going to Jersey mikes, but after this last trip it will be along time if I ever eat there again. Jersey mikes embarrassed me over there hard old bread for my Sandwiches!!…. FYI I ordered them the night before Christmas Eve and was told they make these the day of so they are fresh…. Lol that’s funny. I guess That’s not true either.. so if u want to order make sure it’s right before you go get your sandwich so you can hope it’s on...

As a 20-plus year customer of Jersey Mike's all throughout the country I have never in my experience yeah with a great team of Jersey Mike's members such as the awesome cook mr. Jonte Johnson the chef. Ultimate customer service Guru Eowan Denny... I mean service with a smile is an understatement this dude literally had a special comment for every guess that was unique to his experience with them that is so rare and such a gym because I worked in the customer service field for the better part of 15 years and when I see service like that it reminds me that no matter where we are in life we can treat others the way we want to be treated and he treated me better and brought my day from a 5 all the way to an 11 plus and the management is also to be have a pat on their back because she has a good idea of who she wants on her team so absolute Laura Thompson so I highly recommend this tasty treat of a Jersey Mike's not just for The Incredibles food what should very much was before they all around great experience music and atmosphere that was brought to me by this amazing staff and team...

As someone who spent 10 years in the food and hospitality industry; id rather just remain passive when food isn't to be expected. The subs we got today were DELICIOUS as always. Delicious. Staff was friendly as per usual. My reason for reviewing is that I suspect there's an issue with the communication between your online orders and what is dispatched to the store location.

We ordered three subs. Two Italians on parm bread, one without tomatoes, and a Philly hold the jalapeños. We recieved them without the parm bread, with tomatoes on both, and jalapeños on the Philly. After checking the receipt; we saw them listed as regular despite double checking we had custom orders. You could counter with we should have read the receipt in the store and inquired further to make sure; but I am suspecting that your online to in-inshop isn't in unison.

Please keep in mind the subs were wonderful as always and the staff was friendly to me as always. No complaints about the food or service. I'm my opinion; I just think you need to run some tests on the order-to-inshop.
