Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Asheville

This was not the most "freaky fast" experience I've had at a Jimmy John's, but the service was still quick and spot on as far as accuracy. The young man who appeared to be the manager on duty was awesome. He seemed excited to be there and happy to meet everyone who came in the door. He was excellent at making people feel welcome and cared for and made sure to invite folks to come back or take advantage of delivery. He seems like the kind of person you'd want to work with! The other staff members were friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and good and just what you'd expect from a top notch Jimmy John's lunch. The only thing I'd improve is the seating. The booths are a bit tight for larger people and there aren't many chairs. We opted to sit on the stools at the front table and were perfectly happy, so there was no problem for our party. This was my first time eating at a Jimmy John's so you know what they say about first impressions. We ordered two sandwiches, a regular turkey and bacon and a giant prefect Italian. What we got charged for was two giant sandwiches, and the turkey bacon had no turkey on it, how you could forget to put turkey on a sandwich is beyond me. The perfect Italian which is not supposed to have mayo on it (I hate mayo, I mean HATE) came out as their regular Itilian with mayo. Seeing as we were on the road I ate it anyway. I have to say the order may have been correct if the girl behind the counter spent less time playing with her phone and more time listening to what the customers were asking for. NEVER GOT LUNCH! DON'T BOTHER! Placed orders yesterday at 12:00. At 12:35 I called and asked what's going on, he said he just left 8min ago and would be there in a few. 15 min later I called back and asked what was going on. He said they got busy. By that time lunch was over so we went without for the rest of the day. (4 MO AGONot impressed. We order in from our business quite often. Last time they didn't put the extra condiments in bag when delivered and took 35 minutes when we are 5 minutes away and that's walking. This time we had 2 orders for delivery. They used the wrong bread for one order and for the other I asked for no ice in my drink because it waters it down and guess what, I got a cup full of ice, no straw, no napkins and we...
