Posana Biltmore Park — Restaurant in Asheville

We had such a fantastic Rehearsal Dinner with the newly opened Posana Biltmore Park! Prior to booking, the other places we were talking to had fell through due to various reasons, and it was like heaven sent when Lindsey (the Event Manager @ Posana BP) said that there was availability. From her quick communication, to the ease of booking, to working with our dish preferences, and to creating custom menus for us, her lead-up with us was nothing short of amazing. Upon our arrival, we were promptly seated. The atmosphere and decor felt so warm and inviting. The dinner itself was incredibly delicious! The Cheddar Biscuits, brussels sprouts, butternut hushpuppies, and 16oz ribeye were some of the highlights. The service was also impeccable -- even Lindsey stepped in at one moment to congratulate us in-person! The only hiccup throughout that we were not expecting, is that my father, who enjoys pairing his wines during dinner, was told that he was not allowed to have more than 1 glass near his plate at one time. We sort of thought that was ridiculous, as it's not like he's going crazy with his alcohol intake and it really dampens one's meal if they are only subjected to 1 glass/type of wine with the dishes served. We hosted our “Night Before” Wedding Celebration at Posana – Biltmore Park, and it could not have been more perfect. From start to finish, every detail exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the food was absolutely outstanding, and the service was flawless.

A very special thank you to Lindsey, who handled every aspect of the planning with care, professionalism, and genuine kindness. She made the entire process effortless for us and ensured that the night went off without a hitch. Her attention to detail and personal touch made the evening truly memorable for our family and guests.

Our families are still talking about how wonderful the experience was. Posana delivered an exceptional evening that set the tone beautifully for our wedding weekend. We couldn’t recommend them...

Service was excellent!! Management was attentive and genuinely cared about our experience, stepping in when needed to make sure we had a pleasant evening.

The food, however, needs some work, to say the least. Our carpaccio arrived still frozen, and the steak came out well done instead of medium. The kitchen also seemed to be struggling with timing, it took about an hour before any dishes reached the table.

While management didn't hide behind excuses, we overheard that this location just opened, which explains some of the growing pains. With the level of service and care the management showed, I’m confident they’ll get the kitchen running smoothly soon. Once that happens, this place could easily become a great spot.
